Mr. Nicholas C. Taylor has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mexco Energy Corp. since April 1983 and served as its President from April 1983 to September 13, 2011. Since July 1993, Mr. Taylor has been involved in the independent practice of law and other business activities, including independent oil and gas production. He served as Treasurer of Mexco Energy Corp. from April 1983 to March 1999. He has been the Chairman at Mexco Energy Corporation since September 13, 2011. Mrs. Donna Gail Yanko has been a Vice President of Mexco Energy Corporation since 1990 and has been its Corporate Secretary since June 1992. Mrs. Yanko worked as part-time administrative assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and as Assistant Secretary of Mexco Energy Corp. from 1986 to June 1992. Mrs. Yanko served as a Director of Mexco Energy Corporation from 1990 to September 11, 2008.

Ms. Tamala L. McComic, also known as Tammy, has been the President of Mexco Energy Corporation since September 13, 2011 and has been its Chief Financial Officer since 2003. Ms. McComic has been an Assistant Secretary of Mexco Energy Corporation since August 2001 and its Treasurer since September 2001. She served as an Executive Vice President of Mexco Energy Corporation from July 2009 to September 13, 2011. She joined Mexco Energy in 2001 and served as its Controller since July 2001 and Vice President from May 2003 to 2009. From 1994 to 2001 she served as Regional Controller and Credit Manager for Transit Mix Concrete & Materials Company, a subsidiary of Trinity Industries, Inc. Ms. McComic is a Certified Public Accountant.
