Mr. David Lucatz has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc. ( also known as Lapis Technologies Inc) since May 2010. Mr. Lucatz has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of D.L. Capital Ltd. since 2006. He serves as the President of Enertec Systems 2001 Ltd., a majority-owned subsidiary of Enertec Systems. Mr. Lucatz serves as the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Financial Officer of several companies, where he earned a reputation for expertise in investments and turnarounds. He has been instrumental in developing and guiding LDS's financial tactics in support of its growth strategies. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Taliplast from 1998 to 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President of the Securitas Group, a public finance investments group. He served as Vice President of Finance of ITL Optronics Ltd. at D.N.A Biomedical Solutions Ltd. since 2001. Mr. Lucatz was Deputy President and a Co-Owner of ITL, a public Defense group. From 2001 to 2006, he served as a Deputy President and Chief Financial Officer of I.T.L. Optronics Ltd. He has successfully structured, led and completed over $150M in mergers, acquisitions, MBOs and equity capital raisings. He has over 25 years of experience in management, operational finance and business development. He also has strong experience and capabilities in corporate turnarounds, roll-ups and M&A situations. He has been the Chairman of Micronet Ltd. since September 10, 2012. He serves as Chairman of Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc. Mr. Lucatz holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MSc. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Ohio State University.
