Mr. Thomas G. Caldwell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Middlefield Banc Corp. since October 2000 and also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Middlefield Banking Company, and EMORECO, Inc., and a Director of EMORECO, Inc. Donald L. Stacy joined Middlefield Banking Company in August 1999 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stacy is a Director, Vice President, and the Treasurer of EMORECO, Inc. In October 2000, he was appointed as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Middlefield Banc Corp. He previously served for 20 years with Security Dollar Bank and Security Financial Corp. in Niles, Ohio, where he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer.

Ms. Courtney M. Erminio has been Senior Vice President of Middlefield Banking Company and Risk Officer of Middlefield Banking Company since June 2013 and served as its Vice President of Middlefield Banking Company. Ms. Erminio served as Vice President and Risk Officer of Middlefield Banc Corp. since 2010.

Mr. James R. Heslop, II, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Middlefield Banc Corp. since October 30, 2000 and its subsidiary, The Middlefield Banking Company since 1996. Mr. Heslop served as a Secretary of Middlefield Banc Corp. and its subsidiary Middlefield Bank. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of First County Bank in Chardon, Ohio from July 1993 to April 1996. He joined Middlefield Banking Company in April 1996 and has been its Director since July 1999. He has been a Director of Middlefield Banc Corp. since November 19, 2001. He served as a Director of First County Bank in Chardon, Ohio from July 1993 to April 1996. Mr. Heslop earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Wheeling College, an M.B.A. from Tiffin University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ms. Teresa M. Hetrick serves as a Executive Vice President of Operations & Administration at Middlefield Banc Corp. and Middlefield Bank. Ms. Hetrick served as Vice President and Secretary of First County Bank in Chardon, Ohio before joining Middlefield Bank in December 1996.

Mr. Charles O. Moore has been Central Ohio Regional President at The Middlefield Banking Company since January 7, 2016. Mr. Moore has been President of Central Ohio Region - Middlefield Banking Company at Middlefield Banc Corp. since January 2016. He served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Lending of The Delaware County Bank and Trust Company since March 21, 2012. Mr. Moore has over 25 years experience in consumer lending. Mr. Moore served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Regency Finance Company and its subsidiaries. He served as President and Chief Executive of Dealers Financial Services (DFS). Prior to joining DFS he served as President of the Consumer Finance Division of US Bank, the 6th largest bank in the nation. Mr. Moore is a frequent speaker and panel member at regional and national conferences regarding mortgage lending, automobile finance and alternative lending. In addition to US Bank, he held executive management positions with Ford Consumer Finance and Bank One Corporation. He also served in the United States Marine Corps and the Army National Guard. He serves on the boards of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association, the Ohio Dominican College Patriots and Finance curriculum, the Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra and the Delaware County United Way. He served as Chief Risk Officer of The Delaware County Bank and Trust Company and DCB Financial Corp. since 2012. and served as Executive Vice President of The Delaware County Bank and Trust Company since 2012. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Financial Services Association, was Chairman of the Home Equity Committee of the Consumer Bankers Association and Chairman of the Department of Defense Employers Support of Guard and Reserve. Mr. Moore is a graduate of Ohio Dominican College and the University of the State of New York. He holds a Management Certificate in Banking from the University of Virginia's Darden School.
