Mr. Scott C. Weatherholt serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. and has been its Vice President of Land since February 25, 2016.

He has 40 years experience in the industry with 25 years experience internationally. He holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Control Engineering with a Petroleum Production Base from the University of Texas Permian Basin.

Mr. Richard Wayne McCullough, also known as Rich, serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. Mr. McCullough serves as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Caballo Energy, LLC. Mr. McCullough served as the Manager of financial reporting for Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. He is a certified public accountant.
