Mr. Charles N. Funk, also known as Charlie, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. since March 2008. Mr. Funk has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of MidWestOne Bank since November 2000. He serves as President of ISBF. He served as Regional President of Brenton Bank and President of Des Moines of Brenton Bank since 1997 and also served as Manager of Central Region of Regional Bank. He served as the Chief Investment/ALCO Officer from October 1995 to September 1997, Vice President of Investments of Brenton Banks, Inc. from December 1991 to October 1995.He served as President, Central Region Manager and Chief Investment Officer of Brenton Bank--Des Moines. He has been a Director of MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. since 2000 and MidWestOne Bank since November 2000. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Iowa Bankers Association. He serves on the faculty of the Colorado Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado and the Iowa School of Banking. Previously, he taught for the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University. Mr. Funk graduated with a B.A. from William Jewell College.

Mr. Kent L. Jehle has been Chief Credit Officer and an Executive Vice President of MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. since March 2008. Mr. Jehle has been Chief Credit Officer and an Executive Vice President of MidWest One Bank a subsidiary of MidWest One Financial Group Inc. since June 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking at MidWest One Bank since 2004 and serves as its Chief Credit Officer. He served as Vice President of MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. and also served as its Chief Lending Officer since March 2008 and Treasurer from March 2008 to April 2008. Mr. Jehle has been with MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries since 1986.

James M. Cantrell is Interim CFO, Chief Investment Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, VP and Treasurer of the MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. (the ???Company???) and Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer of the MidWestOne Bank. He joined the Company in July 2009. Prior to joining the Company, he had been with Provident Bank in Baltimore, Maryland, since 2008, where he served as Senior Vice President and Director of Treasury Operations. Prior to that, he was employed as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Company in Baltimore, Maryland. where he had been employed since 2001. Mr. Cantrell has a B.A. in business and economics from Wittenberg University.

Ms. Susan R. Evans has been an Executive Officer of MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. and MidWestOne Bank since October 25, 2016. Ms. Evans served as the Chief Operating Officer at MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. and also its subsidiary MidWestOne Bank since August 2009 until October 25, 2016. Ms. Evans has been with MidWest One Financial Group, Inc. and its subsidiary bank since 2001. She joined MidWest in 2001 as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking of Iowa State Bank & Trust Company. She also served as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking of MidWestOne Bank. She has more than thirty years of banking experience, previously serving as Indianola Market President of Brenton Bank, Des Moines, as well as Retail Market and Sales Manager for US Bank, Des Moines. Ms. Evans serves on the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Graduate School of Bankingin Boulder.

Mr. Mitchell W. Cook, also known as Mitch, serves as Senior Regional President for the Minnesota and Wisconsin Markets at MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Cook served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Central Bank since July 2011.

David Lindstrom serves as the Senior Vice President of MidWestOne Bank. David started at MidWestOne Bank in January of 2018. David currently resides in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Elizabeth Ortloff serves as the Vice President/Senior Compliance Officer of MidWestOne Bank. Elizabeth started at MidWestOne Bank in April of 2016. Elizabeth currently resides in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
