Mr. Mark Dixon serves as the Chief Procurement Officer of Milacron LLC. Mr. Dixon serves as the Chief Procurement Officer at Milacron Holdings Corp. He served as Vice President of Global Supply for Chain and Sourcing at Milacron Holdings Corp. since May 2013. He is a seasoned supply chain management leader that delivers exceptional value to global operations teams. He has world-class supply chain management experience to Milacron's talented executive profile. Mr. Hugh C. O'Donnell has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Milacron Holdings Corp. since 1999. Mr. O'Donnell served as Senior Vice President of Milacron Inc. since August 2004. He joined Milacron in 1987. Mr. O'Donnell has overall responsibility for Milacron's general legal affairs and for the corporate legal department. Mr. O'Donnell also served as General Counsel and Secretary of Milacron Inc. since 1999. Mr. O'Donnell served as Vice President of Milacron Inc. from 1999 to 2004. Prior thereto, he served as Corporate Counsel of Milacron Inc. since 1992. Mr. O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier University.

Mr. Jack Teat, Jr. serves as President of CIMCOOL Fluid Technology at Milacron LLC. Mr. Teat has over 30 years in the chemical industry, Jack has held various roles in senior management positions. His industry experience includes over 20 years with the Great Lakes Chemical Company. He has been the President of Dover Chemical Corporation since February 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Dover Chemical Corporation since February 2013 and was overall responsibility for operations, including sales; research and development; and environmental, health and safety. Mr. Teat served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Dover Chemical Corporation. He holds Masters in Management, Purdue University Krannert School of Management; Masters Degree from University of Budapest of Economic Science; and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from University of North Carolina.
