Mr. Joseph D'Agostino, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Milestone Medical, Inc. since March 2011. Mr. D'Agostino has been Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Milestone Scientific Inc. since October 2008 and September 12, 2011 respectively. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Milestone Medical, Inc. since September 2011. He is the owner of Milestone Scientific Inc. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Milestone Scientific Inc. from January 30, 2008 to October 2008. He has a wealth of finance and accounting experience earned over 25 years serving both publicly and privately held companies and has expertise in treasury and cash management, strategic planning, information technology, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, operations and financial and tax accounting. Mr. D'Agostino served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Summit Global Logistics. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Haynes Security, Inc.; Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of Casio Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Casio Computer Co. Ltd. and Manager of Accounting and Auditing of Main Hurdman's (KPMG) national office in New York City. He served as Supervisory Board Member of Advanced Ocular Sciences S.A. until May 28, 2016. Mr. D'Agostino is a Certified Public Accountant and holds memberships in the American Institute of CPA's, New Jersey Society of CPA's, Financial Executive Institute, Consumer Electronics Industry Association and Homeland Security Industry Association. He is a graduate of William Paterson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science.

Mr. Leonard A. Osser is a Founder of Milestone Scientific Inc. and has been Managing Director of China Operations since July 10, 2017. Mr. Osser served as the Chief Executive Officer at Milestone Medical, Inc. since March, 2011 until July 2017. Mr. Osser formed Milestone Medical. He serves as an Advisor at Quark Ventures S.A. and was previously a Member of Advisory Board of the firm. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Milestone Scientific Inc. from September 2009 to July 10, 2017. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer at Milestone Scientific Inc. since March 27, 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Milestone Scientific Inc. from July 1991 to January 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Advanced Ocular Sciences S.A. from 1991 to 2007. Mr. Osser served as the President at Spintech since November 1995. Mr. Osser served as Chief Executive Officer at Spintech from November 1995 to January 2008. From 1980 to November 1995, Mr. Osser was a Principal Owner and Chief Executive at U.S. Asian Consulting Group, Inc., where he focused on workout, distressed and turnaround situations in the medical, technology, retailing, resource recovery, waste disposal and securities industries. In the late 1980s, his work with U.S.-based investment banks and broker-dealers involved him in extensive due diligence and corporate finance work for small to mid-sized companies. He developed a computer controlled system that delivers injections with scientific precision. He has finance and operating management experience with companies worldwide. Mr. Osser has a 28-year career in finance, consulting and operations management for companies around the world.
