Milestone was an energetic & vibe solution provider, but, deteriorate a lot in the recent 5-6 years in stability, service and support, not to mention the slow software development.
Rebuild it from scratch on different fundamentals
Limited career growth and internal advancement. Certain managers appear prioritized over employees, their role fit is questionable. Misaligned leadership placements impact team morale and development, with employees often absorbing consequences. Accountability and transparency are inconsistent.
