Mr. Mark J. Cirilli is the Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Director at MissionPoint Capital Partners, where he co-leads the firm overall investment strategy and heads private equity execution for developers, specialty finance and specific environmental project investments. He also co-founded a private equity firm that is an affiliate of MissionPoint Partners. He is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Director at Missionpoint Partners LLC. Prior to this, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Marshall Street Management, LLC since 2000. Prior to this, he was a Founder and served as Managing Partner at MSM Capital Partners, LLC, where he developed and executed the firm's investment strategy in clean technology and environmental finance sectors. Prior to this, he held Chief Financial Officer and operating positions at a retail franchise and at Cannondale Corporation. He also worked with Coopers & Lybrand's Financial Advisory Services Group where he provided due diligence and transactions services support to Fortune 500 Companies' mergers and acquisitions activities. He led private investments as well as completed several structured finance transactions involving environmental commodities. He holds extensive experience in investment management, corporate finance, accounting and business operations. He serves as a Director of project MissionPoint's investments in Hannon Armstrong, Amonix, APX, Voltaix, NYSE Blue Inc., Arzon Solar, LLC and ReCommunity Recycling LLC. He serves as a Director of Just Greens, Arzon Solar, LLC, MPH Energy Midco LP, APX, Inc, ReCommunity Holdings, LP and ReCommunity Holdings II, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. since April 2013. He serves as an Observer of Voltaix, LLC and OptiRTC. He serves as a Director of ReCommunity Recycling LLC. He serves as an Independent Director of Amonix, Inc. Prior to this, he served as a Director of SunEdison LLC. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the state of Connecticut's Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority from September 2011 to April 2012. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Columbia University in 2002. He also holds BA in Accounting and Economics from Fordham University in 1994.
