Mr. Mark J. Lewis serves as Chief Business Officer at Tri Alpha Energy, Inc. since July 19, 2017. He serves as an Operating Advisor at MissionPoint Capital Partners since 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Lewis served as Chief Executive Officer and President at OZZ Clean Energy Inc. since June 2011. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Global Business Development for GE Energy, where he was global leader for the business development/M&A activities of GE Energy and his responsibilities included originating, executing and integrating acquisitions and divestures as well as structuring and executing strategic alliances and JVs. During his tenure at the firm he led a number of high-profile transactions that helped reshape GE's energy business. He also worked as an investing professional at MissionPoint. Mr. Lewis serves on the Board of MissionPoint Capital Partners' portfolio company Trilliant, Inc. He serves as Director of Trilliant Incorporated, Trilliant Networks, Inc. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of Advanced Aerofoil Technologies AG. Prior to this, he served as a Director of ONEnergy Inc. since 2014 until January 14, 2016. He has more than 20 years of executive leadership and management experience in the energy industry in both operating and investing roles. He also co-led MissionPoint Capital Partners' investment strategy. He led a number of key strategic divestitures. Mr. Lewis holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Business Administration with Distinction from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Jeffrey Possick, also known as Jeff, serves as the Managing Director of MissionPoint Capital Partners. He also serves as a Managing Director at Missionpoint Partners LLC. He leads MissionPoint's direct investment platform. He joined MissionPoint at the time of its founding in 2006. Prior to this, he served in the Power Transmission & Distribution Group as well as the Renewable Energy Team structuring a variety of equity and debt investments in energy projects and companies at GE Energy Financial Services. Prior to this, he worked in the Energy/Natural Resources Group in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers where he worked on a broad range of energy sector mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity assignments and spent 5 years. He is a member of MissionPoint's private equity practice focusing on energy technology, services and project developers. He serves as a Director at ReCommunity Recycling LLC and Re Community Holdings II, Inc. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He also holds Master degree in Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He also holds BA in Geology from Yale College.

Mr. Adam Rein serves as a Managing Director at MissionPoint Capital Partners. He serves as Managing Director at Missionpoint Partners LLC. He is also co-founder of Greentown Labs. Prior to this, he served as a Principal at the firm. Prior to this, he Co-founded Altaeros Energies in 2010. Prior to this, he worked as a strategy consultant for Bain & Company. He led MissionPoint's direct investment origination, portfolio management, and broader impact investment strategy. He focuses on investments related to sustainability, efficiency and resilience. He serves as a Director at Greentown Labs. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds MPA degree in Public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Mr. Mark J. Cirilli is the Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Director at MissionPoint Capital Partners, where he co-leads the firm overall investment strategy and heads private equity execution for developers, specialty finance and specific environmental project investments. He also co-founded a private equity firm that is an affiliate of MissionPoint Partners. He is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Director at Missionpoint Partners LLC. Prior to this, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Marshall Street Management, LLC since 2000. Prior to this, he was a Founder and served as Managing Partner at MSM Capital Partners, LLC, where he developed and executed the firm's investment strategy in clean technology and environmental finance sectors. Prior to this, he held Chief Financial Officer and operating positions at a retail franchise and at Cannondale Corporation. He also worked with Coopers & Lybrand's Financial Advisory Services Group where he provided due diligence and transactions services support to Fortune 500 Companies' mergers and acquisitions activities. He led private investments as well as completed several structured finance transactions involving environmental commodities. He holds extensive experience in investment management, corporate finance, accounting and business operations. He serves as a Director of project MissionPoint's investments in Hannon Armstrong, Amonix, APX, Voltaix, NYSE Blue Inc., Arzon Solar, LLC and ReCommunity Recycling LLC. He serves as a Director of Just Greens, Arzon Solar, LLC, MPH Energy Midco LP, APX, Inc, ReCommunity Holdings, LP and ReCommunity Holdings II, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. since April 2013. He serves as an Observer of Voltaix, LLC and OptiRTC. He serves as a Director of ReCommunity Recycling LLC. He serves as an Independent Director of Amonix, Inc. Prior to this, he served as a Director of SunEdison LLC. Mr. Fink serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Marshall Street Management. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director at the firm. He also joined as Chief Operating Officer at Walker Digital Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Fink served as Founding Chief Operating Officer at The Priceline Group Inc., where he was running operations from inception through IPO. He began his business career as a forest and land manager for Georgia-Pacific. He continued his career in marketing and operations management as well as business development with Citicorp and CUC International. Mr. Fink co-manages the Betsy and Jesse Fink Foundation. He has also co-established and runs the Millstone Farm. He evaluates management teams during due diligence. Mr. Fink serves as a Non-Executive Chairman at MissionPoint Capital Partners. He also serves as a Non-Executive Chairman of MissionPoint Partners LLC. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at New York City Investment Fund Manager, Inc. where he is responsible for the energy and Infrastructure sector. He is on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies and provides coaching to portfolio company executives. He serves on the Board of number of non-profit and start-up company. Prior to this, he served as Non-Executive Director at EcoSecurities Group plc till July 27, 2007. Mr. Fink holds MBA from Syracuse University's School of Management and a BS in resource management from State University of New York's College of Environmental Science and Forestry.

Mr. Leonard Nero, CPA also known as Len, is a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at MissionPoint Capital Partners. He serves as a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Missionpoint Partners LLC. He joined MissionPoint in early 2007. Prior to this, he served as a Director at firm. Prior to this, he served as a vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co where he was a member of the Investment Management Division's Private Equity Group, where he and his team spent over seven years with primary responsibilities translating to acting Chief Financial Officer. He provided due diligence and transactions services at Primedia Inc, where he worked on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand as a business assurance associate where he focused on audit and advisory services for financial service clients, primarily bulge bracket investment banks. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds BS in Accounting and Finance with summa cum laude from Fordham University.
