Mr. Gert Pretorius serves as an Executive Vice President of Africa and Managing Director of MiX Africa at MiX Telematics Europe Limited. Mr. Pretorius served as an Executive Vice President of Information Systems at MiX Telematics Limited since June 2014 and also serves as its Managing Director Mix Africa. He serves as Managing Director of MiX Telematics of Enterprise at MiX Telematics Africa (Pty) Ltd. He has been an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of MIX Africa at MiX Telematics International (Pty) Ltd. since October 11, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President of Information Systems from June 2014 to October 11, 2016. He served as an Executive of Africa Fleet Solutions from January 2012 to June 2014. He worked in several financial positions before joining the fleet management industry. From 1998 to 2006, he served as a Senior Executive in Fleet Management Companies such as Super Group and Daimler Fleet Management and in the security industry at Coin Security Group, before joining OmniBridge in 2006 as Operations Manager. He fulfilled various other positions in Group in the operations and sales spheres. In 2008, he was appointed Managing Director of MiX Enterprise. In 2010, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for MiX Africa. At the beginning of 2012, he was appointed to the Executive Committee and made responsible for globa operations and Africa Fleet Solutions. He serves as a Director at MiX Telematics Europe Limited, Information Systems MiX Telematics International (Pty) Ltd. and MiX Telematics International (Pty) Ltd.

Mr. Paul Dell has been Interim Group Chief Financial Officer and Director of MiX Telematics International (Pty) Ltd. since February 2017. Mr. Dell has been Interim Chief Financial Officer and Director of MiX Telematics Limited since February 9, 2017. Mr. Dell has worked for MiX Telematics since 2010, where he became a Senior Member of the Finance Team in his capacity of Group Financial Manager. In 2012, as Group Financial Controller, he assumed responsibility for managing the MiX Telematics??? finance and accounting activities including financial reporting, corporate tax, financial planning and analysis. He has nearly eight years??? experience in group finance roles in listed multinationals (JSE, NYSE, AIM). He is a CA(SA). Mr. Dell is PwC trained (including two USA secondments), and has an excellent academic record (passing both his degree and honours degree with distinction).

Ms. Catherine Joy Lewis has been Executive Vice President of Technology at MiX Telematics Limited since 2014 and served as its Managing Director of Central Services Organisation since November 2013. Ms. Lewis serves as Managing Director of OmniBridge Ltd. She has been Executive Vice President of Technology and Managing Director of CSO at MiX Telematics International (Pty) Ltd since 2014 and November 2013 respectively. She is the custodian of the MiX Telematics brand and is responsible for product development, the hosting and operations of the MiX SaaS platform, fleet marketing and product management, technical support, manufacturing and associated services. She joined OmniBridge in May 2001. She serves as a Director at MiX Telematics International (Pty) Ltd. She holds a Business Science degree with Honours in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.

Mr. Christoff Smit has been Chief Financial and Operating Officer - North America at MiX Telematics Limited since 2017. Mr. Smit joined MiX Telematics in 2013 and worked in the South African and Middle East and Australasia businesses. He was trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), working as an Auditor and International Tax Consultant during his tenure there. After leaving PwC and prior to joining MiX, he worked for various internationally listed companies in both financial and operational roles.

Mr. David Nicholls has been Head of Sales and Marketing for the Middle East at MiX Telematics Limited since March 2016. Mr. Nicholls is responsible for delivering the growth of the MiX Telematics business across the region. A focus area for MiX in the Middle East has and continues to be the recruitment of new channel partners with the aim of expanding the business into new markets and sectors. Over the last year, Mr. Nicholls has led business development for MiX Telematics in emerging markets such as India Turkey and Russia delivering substantial growth. He served as British Army Officer with considerable experience in both government and private sectors where he has developed strong leadership programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Mr. Pete Allen has been Chief Client Officer of North America at MiX Telematics Limited since November 1, 2017. Mr. Allen served as the Executive Vice President of Sales - North America at MiX Telematics Limited since May 7, 2015. Mr. Allen served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cadec Global, Inc. from August 2012 November 2013. Mr. Allen served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at inthinc, inc. Mr. Allen works with multinational organizations to help them save operational costs and improve driver safety using inthInc. technology. With more than 20 years of experience in the telematics industry, he is an industry-recognized authority on fleet technology solutions, ROI analysis and operational benchmarking. He served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts of GreenRoad Technologies Inc. and served as its General Manager of North America. Mr. Allen served as Vice President of North American Sales at GreenRoad Technologies, Inc. He is a telematics industry expert and has more than 15 years of sales and customer experience. He spent 12 years at XATA Corporation in sales and sales management roles. Over the four years, he served as Vice President of National Accounts with responsibility for developing XATA's strategic customer relationships and leading the National Accounts sales and system engineering teams. As an individual contributor he signed some of the largest US fleets and consistently produced above quota. Prior to joining XATA Corporation, Mr. Allen served as Sales Manager of Northeast for Cadec Systems based in Londonderry, NH. Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Marietta College.

Mr. Marc Trollet serves as the Managing Director of Europe at MiX Telematics Limited. Mr. Trollet has been Managing Director of MiX Telematics Europe Limited since October 2015. He served as Managing Director of France, Vice President of Channels EMEA and General Manager of Masternaut France at Masternaut UK Limited. Mr. Trollet was responsible for driving the development and growth of the local French business, where the Masternaut brand already enjoys a strong presence. He held senior European management roles in the telecommunications, wireless, networking and data communications sectors, before making the transition to telematics solutions and services. He worked at Northern Telecom, Motorola, Celestica, Trafficmaster and Elomobile.

Mr. Luiz Munhoz serves as the Managing Director of Brazil at MiX Telematics Limited. Mr. Munhoz has been Regional Managing Director of MiX Telematics Europe Limited since May 2013. He leads Continental Automotive in Brazil for 15 years. He has significant expertise in the automotive industry.

Mr. Charles Kinford, also known as Skip, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Mix North America at MiX Telematics Limited since May 2014 and served as its Managing Director of Americas. Mr. Kinford served as an Executive Vice President of inthInc Technology Solutions, Inc and served as its Vice President of Business Development since February 1, 2012. He has a passion for sales and operational excellence as well as a wealth of management experience. His proven capability to drive successful global sales operations at a variety of companies in telematics is key in building team and driving its growth in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the rest of Latin America. Mr. Kinford served as Chief Executive Officer of North American Operations of MobilEye N.V. since October 2008. Mr. Kinford served as the President of 5Square Systems Corporation since October 2006. Mr. Kinford set company strategy and manage day-to-day operations, leading all sales, support, product, marketing and financial activities. Mr. Kinford served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at On-Line Administrators (OLA) in Northridge, CA and was responsible for all revenue creation and delivery of OLAPeak Performance Process to more than 2,000 dealerships nationwide. He established and nurtured senior management relationships with 13 OEM partners, including Lexus, BMW, Saab, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, General Motors, Infiniti and Hyundai. He led 5Square Systems Corporation to 30% growth in each of the past two years and under his management OLA received the Lexus Outstanding Vendor award two years running. Mr. Kinford served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at NMB Technologies Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of Minebea Company Ltd. He established senior-level relationships with key customers, including Delphi, Valeo, Borg Warner, Visteon, Bosch and Siemens.
