Mr. Michael L. Falcone has been the Chief Executive Officer at MMA Capital Management, LLC since January 1, 2005 and has been its President since December 1997. Mr. Falcone serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MMA Mortgage Investment Corporation. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of MMA Capital Management, LLC from December 1997 to July, 2007. Mr. Falcone served as an Executive Vice President of Municipal Mortgage & Equity LLC from November 1996 to December 1997 and also served as its Senior Vice President from August 1996 to November 1996. Prior to joining Municipal Mortgage, he served as Senior Vice President of Shelter Development Corporation from 1983 to 1996. He has been a Director at MMA Capital Management, LLC since October 1999. He serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Transcend Residential Property Fund Limited. He serves as a Trustee of Midland Affordable Housing Group Trust and Midland Multifamily Equity Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Falcone is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. David Bjarnason, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of MMA Capital Management, LLC since August 17, 2015. Mr. Bjarnason is an Analyst at Western Investment, LLC. Mr. Bjarnason has over 24 years of financial reporting and transaction advisory experience in the financial services industry. He joins MMA Capital Management from Fannie Mae, where he was a finance officer who served in senior management roles in Fannie Mae's accounting policy, external reporting and financial planning and analysis functions. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Capitalsource, Llc since July 17, 2006 until February 2008. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Bjarnason served in senior finance, consulting and financial statement audit roles with JPMorgan Chase & Co., Freddie Mac, Deloitte LLP and KPMG LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the College of William and Mary.

Mr. Gary A. Mentesana has been an Executive Vice President of MMA Capital Management, LLC since July 2003 and has been its Treasurer since February 2008. Mr. Mentesana serves as Chief Capital Officer and Head of Us Operations at MMA Capital Management, LLC. He served as Head of the Affordable Housing Group of Arch Street III Inc. - Managing General Partner of Boston Financial Qualified Housing Tax Credits LP III, Boston Financial Qualified Housing Tax Credits LP V, Boston Financial Tax Credit Fund Plus,Boston Financial Qualified Housing Tax Credits LP IV. He served as President, Principal Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Principal Financial Officer of Arch Street III Inc. - Managing General Partner of Boston Financial Qualified Housing Tax Credits LP III. He served as the Principal Executive Officer, President and Principal Financial Officer of Arch Street VIII Inc., Managing General Partner of Boston Financial Tax Credit Fund VII LP, Boston Financial Tax Credit Fund Plus, Boston Financial Qualified Housing Tax Credits LP V. He served as Head of MMA Financial of Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC. He served as Head of MMA Financial, LLC. He served as the Chief Capital Officer of Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC since July 2001 and served as its Senior Vice President since May 1997. He served as Director of Arch Street VIII Inc. - Managing General Partner of Boston Financial Qualified Housing Tax Credits LP IV. H e is Certified Public Accountant and is a graduated of University of Rhode Island.

Mr. Jeffrey Muller serves as Senior Vice President of MMA Capital Management, LLC since 2003. Mr. Muller served as Managing Director of MMA Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Muller served as a Treasurer of Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC since 2008. He served as a Managing Director of IHS since 2010. Mr. Muller is a graduate of Colgate University and holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University and an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University.

Ms. Megan Targarona Sophocles has been Senior Vice President at MMA Capital Management, LLC since 2015. Ms. Sophocles holds a leadership role within US Operations and is responsible for the management of the Leveraged Bond and LIHTC portfolios, capital planning, financial structuring and transaction execution. She also supports the MMA Capital Management's strategic initiatives, serves as Treasurer. She joined MMA Capital in 2005 and has a B.A. in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
