Mr. Brandon Johnson is a Co-Founder of Modus Group, LLC., (Formerly, Walsh Vision Inc) and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Johnson serves as the Chief Technology Officer of M2M DataSmart, Incorporated. Mr. Johnson was a Principal, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member of Modus Group. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Modus Group, LLC. Mr. Johnson runs the Southern California (Huntington Beach) office and works to keep it on the cutting edge of technology. He focuses on leading the evolving machine-to-machine and web technologies program. Mr. Johnson has been interviewed by various publications and trade organizations for his expertise in machine-to-machine (M2M) communications. Mr. Johnson previously owned and operated Vision Wireless, a top performing Sprint Business Solutions Partner founded in 1999. In March 2010, Mr. Johnson was interviewed as an M2M industry expert in The Buzz Zone at CTIA 2010. Prior to Vision Wireless, Mr. Johnson started and ran many other successful ventures that are still in operation.

Mr. Daryl Watkins serves as Vice President of Global Sales at Modus Group, LLC. Mr. Watkins served as Vice President of Sales at Walsh Vision Inc. (formerly Walsh Wireless Solutions, LLC) and was responsible for the national sales organization with a focus on the Sprint channel. Mr. Watkins joined Walsh Wireless in March 2008 as a Channel Sales Manager and made a significant impact by increasing sales in the Mid-Atlantic market by 218%, year over year. Prior to joining Walsh Wireless, Mr. Watkins served as a Sales Manager for Sprint and a Data Account Executive for Nextel. He has over 15 years in telecommunications and a unique blend of management, sales and technical experience.

Ms. Andrea Robb serves as Vice President of Operations at Modus Group, LLC. Ms. Robb served as the Director of Partners, Wholesale, and Strategic Accounts for Modus Group. Ms. Robb has been with Modus Group since 2005. Ms. Robb worked with Sprint in a sales support role. During her 4 years at Sprint, she worked directly with the national account sales team to manage customer accounts, including contract implementation and roll out, billing optimization and on-site product demonstrations. She received multiple awards for top sales support in the western region, as well as Employee of the Quarter.

Mr. Nathan George serves as the Vice President of Technology at Modus Group, LLC., (Formerly, Walsh Vision Inc). Mr. George utilizes cellular wireless data capabilities to open new markets and help companies more efficiently manage resources. He has over 10 years of sales and business development experience in cellular wireless data solutions including work with cellular router manufacturers, wireless carriers and mobile application companies. Prior to Walsh Vision, Mr. George served as the Regional Sales Manager for Junxion, Inc., an enterprise wireless WAN router manufacturer, where he handled channel sales and carrier support for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. He oversaw several large implementation projects including incorporating mobile WiFi networks in vehicles, IP Backup solutions using wireless WAN, and temporary Internet connectivity for emergency responders. Mr. George proudly holds an MBA in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech.

Mr. Tim Philibosian is a Co-founder of Modus Group, LLC. Mr. Philibosian was a Principal, Executive Board Member and Chief Sales Officer of Modus Group, LLC., (Formerly, Walsh Vision Inc). Mr. Philibosian managed the Burlingame office and focuses on business development by responding to the ever-changing market conditions and capitalizing on growing market opportunities. Mr. Philibosian previously owned and operated Vision Wireless, a top performing Sprint Business Solutions Partner founded in 1999. Vision Wireless merged with Walsh Wireless in March 2011 to form Walsh Vision. Prior to founding Vision Wireless, Mr. Philibosian held several executive positions with other wireless companies in the areas of sales and logistics. Mr. Philibosian was named entrepreneur of the month in the June issue of the San Francisco Business Times. Mr. Philibosian is an associate member of the CTIA Organization. Mr. Philibosian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from San Jose State University.

Jon S serves as the CTO of Modus Group, LLC. Jon started at Modus Group, LLC in Feb of 2012. Jon currently resides in the Orange County, California Area.
