Mr. Walter V. Klemp, also known as Wally, Founded Moleculin Biotech, Inc. in July 2015 and has been its Acting Chief Executive Officer since July 2015 & its President since August 23, 2017. Mr. Klemp serves as the President and Treasurer at Soliton, Inc. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Soliton, Inc. since November 2011, where he developed and marketed dermatology devices and drugs from concept through FDA approval and market launch. He Co- Founded Moleculin LLC and served as its Part-Time Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Klemp served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LumaTherm, Inc. (formerly Tyrell Inc.). He directed the Tyrell's development of its key product, Zeno, a medical device, intended for over-the-counter treatment of acne, that utilizes revolutionary new technology. Mr. Klemp served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Zeno Corporation from 2004 to April 2011, where he developed and marketed dermatology devices and drugs from concept through FDA approval and market launch. Mr. Klemp founded Syntronyx Global Corporation. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Syntronyx Global Corporation from 2001 to 2002. Prior to Syntronyx, he founded Drypers Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer since August 1998. He started the Drypers Corporation with a college friend in his basement in the mid-1980s and eventually built it into a $400 million publicly traded company, with 2,400 employees and operations in seven countries. Prior to Drypers, Mr. Klemp was a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He has established a strong history of entrepreneurial achievement. Throughout his career, he has founded three companies and filed six U.S. patents. He has been Chairman of Moleculin Biotech, Inc. since July 2015. Mr. Klemp served as Chairman of Moleculin, L.L.C. He served as the chairman of Syntronyx Global Corporation from 2001 to 2002. He served as Chairman of Drypers Corporation since January 1995 and its Director since February 1987. He serves as a Director of Soliton, Inc. He served as Member of Business Advisory Board at Moleculin Biotech, Inc. While a student, he was also recognized as Oregon's state champion orator. Mr. Klemp earned a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College, graduating with honors as the business school's ???Outstanding Accounting Scholar.

Mr. Louis Ploth, Jr., served as Chief Financial Officer of Moleculin Biotech, Inc. since August 2015 until August 21, 2016 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer, General Manager of Operations and Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Ploth served as the President of Moleculin Biotech, Inc. from August 2015 to January 2016. From August 2011 to August 2015, Mr. Ploth was a Financial and Business Development Consultant at his own firm, Corporate Administrative Solutions, Inc. (???CAS???). Prior to starting CAS, Mr. Ploth was a Consultant from February 2010 to August 2011. Mr. Ploth served at Repros Therapeutics Inc. from October 1993 to February 2010. Mr. Ploth served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Repros Therapeutics Inc. (alternate name Zonagen Inc.) from January 2001 to August 31, 2009 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer. Dr. Donald H. Picker, also known as Don, Ph.D. has been an Acting Chief Operating Officer of Intertech Bio since January 2008. Dr. Picker serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sinapis Pharma, Inc. Dr. Picker has been Chief Scientific Officer of Moleculin Biotech, Inc., since August 23, 2017. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Moleculin Biotech, Inc. since January 2016 and July 2015 respectively until August 23, 2017. Dr. Picker joined Moleculin in 2007 as its chief executive officer and has served as chief operating officer since July 2015 and as president since January 2016. In 2007, Dr. Picker became the chief executive officer of IntertechBio. He co-founded Fermavir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2005. Dr. Picker served as the President of Bering Exploration, Inc. from March 14, 2008 to November 20, 2008 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer from November 2007 to November 20, 2008. He served as President of Tapestry Pharmaceuticals from January 2, 2006 to October 26, 2007. Dr. Picker served as an Executive Vice President of Research and Development of Callisto Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formerly, Webtronics Inc.) from April 2004 to December 19, 2006. From May 2003 to April 2004, Dr. Picker served as Senior Vice President of Drug Development of Callisto Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Drug Development. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 1998 to April 2003. Dr. Picker served as President and Chief Operating Officer of LXR Biotechnology Inc. from 1996 to 1998. He served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Genta Inc. from 1991 to 1996. He has spent his entire career as a senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry and has decades of experience in all aspects of drug development. Dr. Picker served as Vice Chairman of Bering Exploration, Inc. (Alternative name Oncolin Therapeutics, Inc.) until November 20, 2008. He served as a Director of Moleculin, LLC. Dr. Picker served as Director of Moleculin Biotech, Inc. Dr. Picker served as a Director of TrovaGene, Inc. (Alternative name Xenomics Inc.) since July 2, 2004 until May 28, 2009, which he co-founded in 2004. He served as a Director of Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 1998 to April 2003 and Used Kar Parts Inc. since July 2, 2004. He served as a Director of Bering Exploration, Inc. from March 2008 to November 20, 2008. Dr. Picker studied BS in Chemistry from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from State University of New York at Albany in 1975.

Ms. Jacqueline Northcut has been Consultant of Moleculin Biotech, Inc. since July 24, 2017. Ms. Northcut served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BioHouston from 2002 to 2015. Ms. Northcut was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Texas BioAlliance, an organization created to further assist with development efforts around the state. In these capacities she organized the Texas Life Science Forum and the Texas Life Science CEO Summit, helping connect Biotech CEOs with funding, technical, regulatory and political resources. She also created the Women in Science with Excellence program, honoring women in the Houston scientific community. Ms. Northcut was a Partner in the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co., where she worked from 1984 to 2002. She served as an Independent Director at Moleculin Biotech, Inc. since June 2016 until July 24, 2017. Ms. Northcut received her BBS from Harding University in 1984.
