The company has great potential but when it comes to management, every country head behaves like a mafia and they just promote their friends, do whatever they like, and don't care about employees which results in people leaving at an unprecedented rate adding more work to people who stay back.

For me is amazing working in Media.Monks. I'm really happy to bee working with such a talented people. Also I really love their inclusive policy (genre, age, race, religious belief, etc) for all employees.
