Be transparent, realistic and empathetic.
Global sales lead that truly understands the market and what clients really want
Provide a vision and actually implement a plan for teams to follow. Constant chaos, empty promises, gaslighting, poor communication, and lack of transparency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health, meal vouchers, and parking.
It's fully company funded, paid parental leave, unlimited pto, pet insurance, reimbursements for cell phone and wifi bills, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is lower than market rate for the role, with no sight of merit increases in the future.
No Increments from last 2 years plus bonuses on hold as well
Everything about how this company runs plays into undervaluing employees. They secretly do layoffs weekly, they do not adjust salaries for inflation. I was here with the same pay, same title for 3 years and then laid off unexpectedly. No appreciation what so ever and no value. DO BETTER.
I spent 2 years waiting for a performance review. Was promised year after year id get a raise. My performance was considered phenomenal from my managers, yet i never receive a pay increase or title change for 3 years. No adjustments for inflation either. DO BETTER.
Regular performance review would give an insight into the quality of work that is done in order to compensate it accordingly. In 2 years there was only one review and that was not prepared by management at all. The performance based compensation that followed was way lower than the average normal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are responsive, resourcefull and I love the fact of working with people from multiple countries. I like working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Company culture effects. Depends which region or team you work with
More real teamwork, not just asking for tasks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team always adopt a positive mindset regardless multiple and constant changes. They are kind and they're willing to collaborate.
Very understanding culture, friendly team, flexible hours
The people on my team genuinely care about each other and are very loyal to each other, but not to the company.
All employees I have interacted with have been very positive and motivating to one another

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The whole structure and leadership. The morale is low
This ship will sink, i dont think its fixable. Im writing this to warn people who would hopefully research this company before joining. Its a trap and they dont care about any of their employees i promise you.
Appreciate employees for their achievement, include everyone into culture events, and make an effort to make everybody feel welcome.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The enormous amounts of work and pitches are not calculating available resources. It´s ridiculous to expect quality when people are pushed to the limit, daily
Everything is wrong, dont work here
Chaotic workflow make work pace slow which indeed is good from an agency perspective, because you can charge the client more hours. But if the quality of work suffers because of the processes than it also reflects on every employees future career.
