Mr. Michael John Miller, also known as Mike, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aarnel Funding Corporation since 1974. Mr. Miller has been a Partner of Independence Realty since 1989. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miller Investment Company Inc. since 1990. He serves as General Manager of Sacramento and General Manager of Sparks at Pap??? Machinery, Inc. He serves as Vice President of Technology Innovation and System Applications at MoSys, Inc. and served as its Vice President of System Applications. He served as President, Secretary and Treasurer of Superfly Advertising, Inc. since December 18, 2006. From 1997 to 1999, he served as an Account Executive with Canaccord Capital Corp. He served as the President, Secretary and Treasurer of Morlex Inc. since December 18, 2006 and served as its Principal Executive Officer and Principal Financial Officer. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of Systems Technology and Vice President of Systems Technology at Integrated Device Technology Inc. since August 2002. He also held engineering management positions in software, applications and product definition, serving IDT for more than 20 years. He was involved with managing software teams within two systems companies for five years. In addition, he managed the designing of complex logic and bitslice at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). He has been the Chairman of Celadon Group, Inc. since July 2017. He has been a Director of Celadon Group, Inc. since February 1992 and also serves as its Lead Independent Director. He served as a Director of Superfly Advertising, Inc. and Morlex Inc. since December 18, 2006. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University in 1966.

Mr. John Stearns Monson has been the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at MoSys, Inc. since 2014 and served as its Vice President of Marketing since February 24, 2012. Mr. Monson served as Vice President of Product Marketing at Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. since March 2009. Mr. Monson has over 20 years of experience in engineering, marketing and sales with leading edge technology companies. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Inphi Corporation where he managed the EDC/PhyOptik business line. He served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Scintera Networks Inc. Previously, Mr. Monson served as Vice President of Marketing for Scintera Networks, Inc. Mr. Monson's background includes 8 years at PMC-Sierra in sales and marketing and served as Vice President of Marketing at PMC-Sierra's Microprocessor Products Division. He joined PMC in early 1997 and was instrumental in establishing PMC in the market and enabling its growth. Prior to joining PMC-Sierra, he spent 7 years at Lucent Technologies where he served in sales and marketing positions in Lucent's mass storage and wireless product lines. He also served as Strategic Marketing Manager of Honeywell Solid State Electronics Center and held engineering and marketing positions at VTC Incorporated. He has done post-graduate business coursework from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. Mr. Monson graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. James W. Sullivan, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at MoSys, Inc. since January 18, 2008 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Sullivan is responsible for all financial, administrative and investor relations functions of MoSys Inc. He has over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance. He serves as Vice President of Finance at MoSys, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Apptera Inc. from July 2006 to January 2008. Mr. Sullivan served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Secretary of 8x8 Inc. from July 2002 to June 20, 2006 and also its Principal Accounting Officer until June 20, 2006. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Netergy from January 2001 to July 2002. Prior to joining 8x8, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 10 years, where his clients ranged from high-tech start-ups to multi-functional corporations including Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University.

James Sullivan serves as the CFO of MoSys, Inc.. James started at MoSys, Inc. in January of 2008. James currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
