
The hiring process has completely changed from valuing employee and manager input to not including them at all
There is no communication within the executive team, mercy team, and stores. There is a complete lack of consistency.
If you get lucky and have decent staff. Now hiring is done completely third party though so as people quit new people are being brought on without considering work environment
Instead of matching 401k you get an ESOP to which they have made any information about it so so hard to access and understand. There have been new people hired on at higher wages than tenured staff due to oversights and the new hires were told to keep it quiet.
