Mr. Donald Eric D'Ambrosio, also known as Don, has been Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of MYnd Analytics, Inc. since March 31, 2017. He serves as Principal Accounting Officer at MYnd Analytics, Inc. Mr. D'Ambrosio serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Oxygen Funding, Inc. Mr. D'Ambrosio has over 11 years with BNC Mortgage, Inc., a Lehman Brothers subsidiary. He served as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
