Mr. Paul R. Gudonis has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Myomo, Inc. since July 2011 and February 2017 respectively. Mr. Gudonis served as President of United States Foundation For Inspiration And Recognition Of Science And Technology. Mr. Gudonis served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Centra Software Inc. from July 30, 2003 to April 2005. Mr. Gudonis has 30 years of experience in launching new technology-based products and services. His career spans the fields of software, telecommunications, Internet services and robotics. Mr. Gudonis served as President at FIRST robotics. Mr. Gudonis served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genuity Inc. (formerly, GTE Internetworking) from April 2000 to February 2003 when the majority of its assets were acquired by Level 3 Communications. Mr. Gudonis served as an Executive Vice President for Level 3 Communications until July of 2003. He held executive positions at EDS, Ameritech Mobile Communications (a regional spinoff from AT&T), Appex Corporation and Spectrum Interactive. From 1994 to March 2000, Mr. Gudonis served in various executive positions with Genuity Inc., including President of Genuity beginning in July 1998, one year after GTE Corporation acquired BBN Corporation. From 1990 to 1994, he served as Vice President, General Manager-International of the Communications Industry Group of EDS Corporation. Prior to 1990, Mr. Gudonis served as a senior executive at several venture-backed start-up companies in the Boston, Massachusetts area specializing in software and telecommunications services. Mr. Gudonis served as Vice President of BBN Corp. since November 1994 and served as President of BBN Planet, a division of BBN Corporation since October 1994. From October 1990 to October 1994, Mr. Gudonis worked at Electronic Data Systems Corporation, served as Vice President and General Manager of its Communications Industry Group. At EDS, Mr. Gudonis was responsible for building a global division of EDS serving the communications and media industry. Prior to that, he worked at Appex Corporation from January 1989 to October 1990, where he served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager. He has been Chairman and Director of Myomo, Inc. since August 2016 and July 2011 respectively. Mr. Gudonis has been a Director of XIUS Holding Corp. since April 1996. Mr. Gudonis has been a Director of Software Inc. since July 30, 2003. He is a Member of TechNet. He served as a Director of Tatara Systems, Inc. He served as a Director at Genuity Inc. He served as a Director of Centra Software Inc., from July 30, 2003 to April 2005. He serves as the Chairman of the Massachusetts High Tech Council. He served as Vice Chairman of the Massachusetts High Tech Council. He serves as a Director/Trustee of the Massachusetts Software and Internet Council and a Director of the Massachusetts Telecommunications Council. He serves as Trustee at Massachusetts Software & Internet Council. He served as a Director of United States Foundation For Inspiration And Recognition Of Science And Technology. An industry leader, Mr. Gudonis serves on Boards of several organizations that support advancement of the Massachusetts high tech, software and telecommunications industries. He is a founding member of the Global Internet Project. He is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council at his alma mater, Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. At the Northwestern University, he is member of the Biomedical Engineering Department council, an Industry Advisor to the NUvention medical device innovation program and advises a student-led startup, Design for America, which is expanding to college campuses nationwide to develop entrepreneurial solutions for local nonprofits. Mr. Gudonis holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern McCormick School of Engineering (Northwestern University) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (Harvard University).
