Mr. Paul R. Gudonis has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Myomo, Inc. since July 2011 and February 2017 respectively. Mr. Gudonis served as President of United States Foundation For Inspiration And Recognition Of Science And Technology. Mr. Gudonis served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Centra Software Inc. from July 30, 2003 to April 2005. Mr. Gudonis has 30 years of experience in launching new technology-based products and services. His career spans the fields of software, telecommunications, Internet services and robotics. Mr. Gudonis served as President at FIRST robotics. Mr. Gudonis served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genuity Inc. (formerly, GTE Internetworking) from April 2000 to February 2003 when the majority of its assets were acquired by Level 3 Communications. Mr. Gudonis served as an Executive Vice President for Level 3 Communications until July of 2003. He held executive positions at EDS, Ameritech Mobile Communications (a regional spinoff from AT&T), Appex Corporation and Spectrum Interactive. From 1994 to March 2000, Mr. Gudonis served in various executive positions with Genuity Inc., including President of Genuity beginning in July 1998, one year after GTE Corporation acquired BBN Corporation. From 1990 to 1994, he served as Vice President, General Manager-International of the Communications Industry Group of EDS Corporation. Prior to 1990, Mr. Gudonis served as a senior executive at several venture-backed start-up companies in the Boston, Massachusetts area specializing in software and telecommunications services. Mr. Gudonis served as Vice President of BBN Corp. since November 1994 and served as President of BBN Planet, a division of BBN Corporation since October 1994. From October 1990 to October 1994, Mr. Gudonis worked at Electronic Data Systems Corporation, served as Vice President and General Manager of its Communications Industry Group. At EDS, Mr. Gudonis was responsible for building a global division of EDS serving the communications and media industry. Prior to that, he worked at Appex Corporation from January 1989 to October 1990, where he served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager. He has been Chairman and Director of Myomo, Inc. since August 2016 and July 2011 respectively. Mr. Gudonis has been a Director of XIUS Holding Corp. since April 1996. Mr. Gudonis has been a Director of Software Inc. since July 30, 2003. He is a Member of TechNet. He served as a Director of Tatara Systems, Inc. He served as a Director at Genuity Inc. He served as a Director of Centra Software Inc., from July 30, 2003 to April 2005. He serves as the Chairman of the Massachusetts High Tech Council. He served as Vice Chairman of the Massachusetts High Tech Council. He serves as a Director/Trustee of the Massachusetts Software and Internet Council and a Director of the Massachusetts Telecommunications Council. He serves as Trustee at Massachusetts Software & Internet Council. He served as a Director of United States Foundation For Inspiration And Recognition Of Science And Technology. An industry leader, Mr. Gudonis serves on Boards of several organizations that support advancement of the Massachusetts high tech, software and telecommunications industries. He is a founding member of the Global Internet Project. He is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council at his alma mater, Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. At the Northwestern University, he is member of the Biomedical Engineering Department council, an Industry Advisor to the NUvention medical device innovation program and advises a student-led startup, Design for America, which is expanding to college campuses nationwide to develop entrepreneurial solutions for local nonprofits. Mr. Gudonis holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern McCormick School of Engineering (Northwestern University) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (Harvard University).

Mr. Jonathan Naft, also known as Jon, CPO, serves as Vice President of Myomo, Inc. and has been its General Manager since April 2012. Mr. Naft served as the General Manager of O&P at Myomo, Inc. Mr. Naft is a highly-regarded member of the O&P community. He is the Founder of Geauga Rehabilitation Engineering, Inc. (GRE) (20+ years O&P experience). Prior to working with Myomo, he grew a three office practice that is well known for its innovation, creativity and product development. At G.R.E. O&P, he fabricated and fit patients for prosthetics including above knee, below knee and upper extremity. For his Orthotic patients, he is experienced with cranial, upper extremity, lower extremity and spinal. He is on the advisory board for the O&P Business news and he routinely provides peer review throughout the industry. He is an examiner for the ABC certification exam. He was the President for the Ohio Academy at Orthotists and Prosthetists. He is experienced with young athletes as well as geriatrics. He is also a Member of the prestigious AOPA Coding Committee. He has been an invited speaker at several national prosthetic and orthotic conferences. Mr. Naft is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Engineering and from Northwestern University's Prosthetic-Orthotic Center.

Ms. Davie Mendelsohn, RN has been a Vice President of Sales and Clinical Services at Myomo, Inc. since December 2013. Ms. Mendelsohn served as the South East Region Sales Vice President of Otto Bock HealthCare LLP. Ms. Mendelsohn is an experienced sales leader in the O&P industry having held positions at Touch Bionics, Ossur and Ottobock. She has introduced high tech products and led national sales teams working with O&P providers.

Mr. Ralph A. Goldwasser has been Chief Financial Officer of Myomo, Inc. since February 2011 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Goldwasser has been a Consultant to several technology companies since March 2001. He has extensive financial management and strategic experience. Mr. Goldwasser is senior financial executive who has contributed significantly to the growth of public and private high technology companies. Mr. Goldwasser's experience includes 14 years as a Senior Financial Executive at BBN Inc. Mr. Goldwasser served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Unica Corp. from February 15, 2006 to August 2008. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Unica Corp. Mr. Goldwasser served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of BBN Corp. since 1991 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since 1992. From January 2000 to December 2001, Mr. Goldwasser served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Adero Inc. Mr. Goldwasser joined Adero in January 2000. From June 1998 to January 2000, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avici Systems Inc. From 1983 to October 1997, he held various financial and management positions at BBN Inc., where he lastly served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was an Audit Manager with Coopers & Lybrand (PWC). Mr. Goldwasser was a key implementer in providing the financial management of several of the company's start-up ventures, including LightStream, Inc. (ATM switch) and BBN Planet (Internet services). He also served on the Board of Directors of Proxim Wireless Corporation (Telaxis Corporation) from December 2001 to September 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Goldwasser holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from City College of New York and an M.B.A from New York University.

Dr. Brandon Green has been Chief Medical Officer of Myomo, Inc. since July 25, 2017. Dr. Green has diverse background to develop a unique skill set not usually found in the orthotics/prosthetics specialty. Dr. Green is a Licensed Physician and a Board Certified Prosthetist trained in General Surgery at Cleveland Clinic, Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation at Tufts Medical Center and Prosthetics at Northwestern University.

Mr. Gene Tacy serves as Vice President of Engineering at Myomo, Inc. Mr. Tacy is an expert in software and electrical engineering. Mr. Tacy served as Director of Engineering at Myomo, Inc. For over six years, he has led the engineering team in the development of the software architecture and electromechanical control system of the Myomo product line/Myomo Mobility System In addition to his vast experience in this field, he participated in the electronic design of Myomo's first generation robotic system. Mr. Tacy was the Lead Product Engineer at Intel where he was responsible for the Xeon 8 way server system. Before joining Intel, he was at GE Corporate R&D where he focused on quality monitoring and process modeling. Additionally, Mr. Tacy was employed with NComm, Inc. where he was the Lead Engineer on a number of hardware and software design projects. Mr. Tacy holds Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and Master in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
