Dr. Elyse G. Seltzer, M.D., is a Consultant of Nabriva Therapeutics plc since September 30, 2017. Dr. Seltzer has been Chief Medical Officer of Nabriva Therapeutics AG since May 4, 2015. Dr. Seltzer has a record of successful clinical development experience with Centocor, a division of Johnson & Johnson, Vicuron Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline. She was a therapeutic area head in clinical development at Centocor. Prior to J&J, she was at Vicuron Pharmaceuticals, where she was the product team leader and clinical lead on the successful development program and regulatory filing for dalbavancin, a novel glycopeptide antibiotic. Dr. Seltzer held various positions of increasing responsibility at GlaxoSmithKline in the Clinical Development and Medical Affairs organizations. Prior to joining GSK, she was a practicing infectious disease physician. Dr. Seltzer began her industry career in Anti-Infectives Clinical Research and Development at SmithKline Beecham (now GSK). Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, she practiced clinical Infectious Diseases medicine. Dr. Seltzer graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in French Language and Culture prior to receiving her M.D. degree from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the Yale University School of Medicine.

Mr. Steven P. Gelone, also known as Steve, Pharm.D., has been Chief Development Officer of Nabriva Therapeutics AG since 2014. Mr. Gelone has been Chief Scientific Officer of Nabriva Therapeutics plc since June 30, 2017. Mr. Gelone served as Head of Business Development of Nabriva Therapeutics Plc since July 21, 2017. He served as vice president of clinical and preclinical development at ViroPharma Incorporated from 2005 to 2014. He was responsible for Vicuron Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s medical science liaisons in the Eastern region of the United States. He served as the Head of Clinical Research and Development at Spark Therapeutics. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Director of Clinical Pharmacology and Discovery Medicine in antimicrobial drug discovery for GlaxoSmithKline from 2000 to 2002. He is an Associate Professor of Community Medicine and Preventive Health at Drexel University College of Medicine. He spent 12 years at Temple University, where he had broad responsibilities in anti-infective education, clinical research and patient management and was director of clinical research, director of residency and fellowship programs (School of Pharmacy), adjunct associate professor in the division of infectious diseases, Senior Research Fellow and Steering Committee Member for the General Clinical Research Center (School of Medicine). He served as a Member of Management Board at Nabriva Therapeutics AG since January 1, 2015 until July 14, 2015. He served as an Associate Professor of Pharmacy and Assistant Professor of Medicine specializing in infectious disease at the Temple University School of Pharmacy. He has extensive experience with anti-infective products, serving as Principal Investigator on more than 50 research studies and has been involved in the formulary evaluation of new antibacterial and antifungal agents. On the patient management side, he served for 10 years as Director of the Antimicrobial Management Program at Temple University Hospital, where he ran a clinical service managing hospital patients on anti-infective regimens. Dr. Gelone holds both a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Temple University School of Pharmacy.

Mr. Gary L. Sender has been Chief Financial Officer of Nabriva Therapeutics AG since May 2016. Mr. Sender has been the Chief Financial Officer at Nabriva Therapeutics Plc since April 12, 2017. Mr. Sender is responsible for leading Nabriva's financial strategy and operations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 16, 2015 until April 30, 2016. Mr. Sender has over 25 years of financial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. He served as Vice President of Finance, Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Tengion Inc. until July 2009. Mr. Sender served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Aramark Corporation since January 23, 2003. Mr. Sender joined ARAMARK from Merck & Co., Inc., where he served as Vice President and Controller for Merck''s U.S. pharmaceuticals business. During his 15-year career with Merck & Co., Inc., Mr. Sender also served as a Director of Investor Relations, Executive Director of Financial Evaluation and Analysis and Assistant Treasurer. Prior to his work at Merck & Co., Inc., Mr. Sender held positions at&T and RCA Corporation. He serves as Director of Nabriva Therapeutics AG. He served as Director at Nabriva Therapeutics Plc. Mr. Sender earned his bachelors degree in Finance and Information Systems from Boston University. He received his Masters degree in Industrial Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Carnegie-Mellon University.
