The whole system is built in such a way that the support service has to simply get rid of annoying customers and ignore their requests, transfer them to other departments and so on. This is the exact opposite of what customer service should do.
Our team works hard, moves fast, and has a good sense of humor. That combination keeps me energized, challenged, and always learning.
