Mr. Brian M. Murphy has been the Chief Executive Officer of NanoVibronix Inc. since October 13, 2016. Mr. Murphy has over 25 years of sales, operations and general management experience in medical devices and medical technology fields. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Murphy served as national director of commercial sales and national director of national accounts at MiMedx Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDXG), a biotechnology company developing and marketing regenerative biomaterial products and launched commercial sales and oversaw growth of the business. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Murphy was the chief executive officer of O2 Insights, Inc. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Murphy served as vice president of sales for ConvaTec, a global medical products and technologies company and led the negative pressure wound therapy business. From 1992 to 2008, Mr. Murphy served a total of 17 years at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (now a subsidiary of Acelity L.P. Inc.) (KCI) in various positions overseeing sales, operations and general management. During his employment at KCI, Mr. Murphy led growth of the wound care division's business from generating $11 million to $550 million in annual revenues, as well as significant growth in the medical services and therapeutic surfaces businesses. Prior to working at KCI, Mr. Murphy served in sales and general manager positions at various companies in the medical device industry, including ATI Medical Equipment Corporation, Mountain Medical Equipment Inc. and Healthdyne Technologies Inc. He has been a Director of NanoVibronix Inc. since October 13, 2016. Mr. Murphy's qualifications to serve on the Board include his significant sales, operational and business insight from his prior management experience in the medical fields. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Southern Illinois University.

Dr. Harold Jacob, M.D., has been the Chief Medical Officer at NanoVibronix, Inc. since March 1, 2014. Dr. Jacob served as the President at NanoVibronix, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from September 2003 to March 1, 2014. He served as Acting Principal Financial Officer at NanoVibronix, Inc. until April 1, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Dr. Jacob joined the NanoVibronix, Inc. in October 2003. He has worked extensively in medical device development. Dr. Jacob has consulted for a number of medical device companies and previously served as the Director of Medical Affairs at Given Imaging Ltd. from 1997 to 2003. He served as the Chairman at NanoVibronix, Inc. from September 2003 to February 4, 2014 and has been its Director since September 2003. Dr. Jacob founded and served as Editor in Chief of Endoscopy Review and has authored numerous publications in the field of gastroenterology. He was instrumental in the development and launch of the Given Imaging Pillcam, a capsule with a miniature camera that transmits images to an external recorder as it naturally progresses through the digestive tract. Since 2011, Dr. Jacob has also served as an attending physician at Hadassah University Medical Center, where he has served as the Director of The Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit since September 2013. He served as Co-Chief of Gastroenterology at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in New York, Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at SUNY Brooklyn from 1983 to 1990 and Chief of Gastro at South Nassau Communities Hospital, Oceanside, New York from 1986 to 1995. He served as a Director of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since July 17, 2008 until August 30, 2016. He has been a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since November 2016. Dr. Jacob serves as Member of Medical Advisory Board of New York Health Care Inc. and Med-Dynamix Ltd. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. He is a part time attending in Gastroenterology at Bikur Cholim Hospital. He has patented and licensed a number of medical devices in use today. Dr. Jacob is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He has licensed patents to a number of companies including Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He is a member of the American College of Medicine and American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG).

Dr. William Stern, Ph.D. has been the President of NanoVibronix Inc. since October 13, 2016 and served as its Vice Chairman from October 13, 2016 to October 11, 2017. Dr. Stern has been the President of Multigon Industries, Inc. since 1984. He has been Vice President of Aqua-Eez, Inc. since 2000. Dr. Stern served as the Chief Executive Officer of NanoVibronix Inc. since December 16, 2014 until October 13, 2016. From 1972 to 1983, he served as President of Unigon Industries, Inc. Dr. Stern's qualifications include his significant scientific background and over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the field of medical devices and ultrasound technology. He served as a Director at NanoVibronix, Inc. from December 16, 2014 to October 11, 2017. Dr. Stern received his Ph.D. in engineering and physics from Columbia University and holds an M.S. and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University and City College of New York, respectively.

Mr. Stephen R. Brown, also known as Steve, CPA has been the President of GMA Fund, LLC since October 2016. Mr. Brown has been Chief Financial Officer of NanoVibronix, Inc. since February 3, 2015 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of eProdigy Financial LLC. He has been Acting Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Arista Power, Inc. since June 16, 2014. Mr. Brown has been a Managing Partner of The Mcguffin Group Financial since 2009. He is a Partner in an accounting and tax practice, Brown, Brown and Associates. Mr. Brown served as Senior Vice President of IDT Capital, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Xsovt Brands, Inc., from March 2, 2011 to September 1, 2011 and its Principal Accounting Officer until September 1, 2011. He served Principal Accounting Officer at IDT Corporation. He served as President of Starz Media, LLC from November 11, 2003 to January 2007 and serves as its Chairman of the Board. He served as Chief Financial Officer of IDT Corporation from 1995 to 2009, a Holding company of IDT Entertainment Inc. and Treasurer since June 2002 and again from March 2007 to August 27, 2007. He served as Treasurer of IDT Entertainment since December 2002. Mr. Brown was also the founder and Chairman of IDT Entertainment Inc. Mr. Brown served as Treasurer of IDT Media Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer of IDT Corporation from October 26, 2007 to January 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer of IDT Spectrum Inc. from December 2004 to November 2005. From 1985 to May 1995, he operated his own public accounting practice servicing medium-sized corporations as well as high net worth individuals. He founded Starz Media, LLC. Mr. Brown is a licensed certified public accountant and a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and serves on the Board of Directors for several educational institutions including serving on the Board of Governors for Touro College. Mr. Brown received a B.A. degree in Economics from Yeshiva University and a B.B.A. degree in Business and Accounting from Baruch College.

Dr. Jona Zumeris, PhD is the Founder at NanoVibronix, Inc. and has been its Vice President of Technology since September 2003. Dr. Zumeris served as President of PMG Medica Ltd. from 1999 to 2003. He founded Nanomotion Ltd. and served as its President and Director of R & D. Dr. Zumeris is a world expert in precision micro-mechanics and applied nanovibrational physics. He serves as a Director of NanoVibronix, Inc. He has written more than 80 patents in the area of piezomechanics and vibrational processing and has authored 82 papers in the area. He received the PhD in Theory of Electrical Measurements from Kaunas University and the DSc degree from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology.
