Ms. Lara E. Ramsey has been Senior Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary at National Bankshares, Inc. since June 2011 and June 01, 2016 respectively. Ms. Ramsey serves as Corporate Secretary of The National Bank of Blacksburg. Ms. Ramsey served as Vice President of Human Resources at National Bankshares, Inc. from January 2001 to June 2011.

Mr. David K. Skeens serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of National Bankshares, Inc. Mr. Skeens has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of National Bankshares Inc. since January 14, 2009. Mr. Skeens joined National Bank in 1990 and served as its a Management Trainee since 1990. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of National Bank of Blacksburg since 2009 and also has been its Senior Vice President of Operations & Risk Management since 2008. He serves as National Bank's Auditor and also National Bankshares' Corporate Auditor. Mr. Skeens achieved the Certified Financial Services Auditor and Certified Trust Auditor designations. Mr. Skeens holds a BBA in Accounting from Radford University and he completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Ms. Shelby Evans serves as the Vice President of Compliance at National Bankshares Inc. Ms. Evans served as Vice President of Audit and Compliance at National Bankshares Inc. since September 2011.
