Mr. Richard Murray, IV was appointed to Board of Directors of National Commerce Corporation (???NCC???) in 2010. He has been a Director of National Commerce Corporation since October 2010 and National Bank of Commerce. At Alabama National, he served on the Boards of several subsidiary companies. Mr. Matthews earned an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
