Mr. John L. Spaid has been an Executive Vice President of Finance at National Health Investors Inc. since March 08, 2016. Mr. Spaid served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Emeritus Corp. He joined Emeritus in January 2012. Mr. Spaid leads a team of professionals who work tirelessly to efficiently assist staff to quickly understand the business, make decisions and free them to focus on care delivery as much as possible. He has several years of financial and accounting experience, Mr. Spaid leads the Financial Planning activities for Emeritus, which supports operations, acquisitions, finance, forecasting and Board reporting. Mr. Spaid was a Senior Consultant for Deloitte, providing services to large acute care organizations. Mr. Spaid's career has spanned the entire real estate product spectrum including office, retail, industrial, residential and land investment and development. Mr. Spaid entered the Senior Housing industry in 2008 when he became Chief Financial Officer for Aegis Living, a medium-sized West Coast-based senior housing operator and developer. He received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas.

Ms. Kristin S. Gaines has been the Chief Credit Officer at National Health Investors Inc. since February 2010. Ms. Gaines served as an Assistant Vice President of Finance at National Health Investors Inc. Ms. Gaines has been with National HealthCare Corporation, National Health Investors Inc.'s Investment Advisor, since 1998. She oversees portfolio compliance and reports on those issues monthly to the NHC Advisory Committee and quarterly to the Board of Directors. Ms. Gaines holds her B.B.A. in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University in 1993 and her M.B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University in 1998.

Mr. Roger R. Hopkins has been the Chief Accounting Officer at National Health Investors Inc. since December 31, 2006. Mr. Hopkins joined NHI's management advisor, Management Advisory Source, LLC in July 2006. He was a Partner in the Tennessee regional accounting firm of Rodefer Moss & Co., PLLC until June 2006. He served at Rodefer Moss & Co., PLLC for four years and served a variety of private and publicly-held companies. He served as Senior Manager of Nashville, Tennessee office of Deloitte & Touche. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University in 1982 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Kevin Carlton Pascoe has been the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of Investments at National Health Investors Inc. since February 2017 and January 2015 respectively. Mr. Pascoe served as Senior Vice President of Investments at National Health Investors Inc. He served as Vice President of Asset Management at National Health Investors Inc. since June 2010. He joined National Health Investors in June 2010 and oversees NHI's portfolio of assets, relationship management with existing tenants and conducts operational due diligence on NHI's new investment opportunities. He has over 10 years of health care real estate background. From 2006 to 2010, he served as a Vice President and Relationship Manager at General Electric - Healthcare Financial Services. Mr. Pascoe holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University.

Michelle Kelly serves as the Senior Vice President Investments of National Health Investors. Michelle started at National Health Investors in Aug of 2017. Michelle currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.

Kristi Gaines serves as the Chief Credit Officer of National Health Investors. Kristi started at National Health Investors in Mar of 1998. Kristi currently resides in the Greater Nashville Area, TN.
