Mr. Michael A. Mullen has been the Chief Executive Officer of National Holdings Corporation since January 31, 2017 and has been its President since 2017. Mr. Mullen was Co-Chief Executive Officer of National Holdings Corp. since January 3, 2017 until January 31, 2017. He is Chairman of the Board to National Securities Corporation, National Asset Management Inc., vFinance Investments Inc., National Insurance Corporation and Gilman Ciocia Tax & Financial Planning. Mr. Mullen began his career in 1986 and has since developed a broad and deep understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on investing in biotechnology companies.

Mr. Glenn C. Worman has been Chief Financial Officer of National Holdings Corporation since October 10, 2016 and its Chief Operating Officer since November 2015, and also served as its Executive Vice President of Finance from May 2015 until October 10, 2016. Mr. Worman also serves as a Director on the Board of National Asset Management Inc., National Insurance Corporation and Gilman Ciocia Tax & Financial Planning. He served as Chief Financial Officer for the Americas to ICAP plc, an inter-dealer broker and provider of post trade risk mitigation and information services, from July 2011 through March 2015 and held various senior financial positions at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. He has a background in corporate finance, global fixed income, equity trading finance, wealth management, investment management and inter-dealer broker finance. Mr. Worman received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his B.B.A from Ramapo College.

Mr. Ivan Saval has been Managing Director of Agribusiness, Food & Related Industries Coverage Group at National Holdings Corporation since January 2016. Mr. Saval served as the Managing Director and Head of Deal Execution Team at INTL FCStone Financial Inc. Mr. Saval has approximately ten years of experience in domestic and cross-border finance, most of which has been involved in financial sponsor leveraged finance across a broad array of industries. He served as Managing Director at Leveraged Credit Management, Inc. Mr. Saval began LCMI in 2008 with the goal of providing standardized, third-party due diligence for the leveraged credit marketplace. Prior to founding LCMI, Mr. Saval served as a Director in the Leveraged Finance Underwriting Group at UBS Securities in North America. He has worked on transactions that have been brought to market, tapping the financing and capital markets for asset securitizations, leveraged loans and high yield bonds. He holds BA from Ball State University. Mr. Saval holds an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and has additional language capabilities in Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Mr. John C. DeSena has been an Executive Vice President at National Holdings Corporation since March 7, 2017 and serves as its Chief Process Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. DeSena serves as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors for all National Holdings Corporation's operating companies; National Securities Corporation, National Asset Management Inc., National Insurance Corporation and Gilman Ciocia Tax & Financial Planning. He served as Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis & Change Management at National Holdings Corporation since March 7, 2017. Before joining National, Mr. DeSena served as the Chief Operating Officer for Group Technology & Operations, the Head of Operational Excellence for the Americas and Head of Americas Finance Infrastructure at Deutsche Bank. At Merrill Lynch, he served as Head of Global Markets & Investment Banking Financial Planning and Analysis and Chief Financial Officer of Americas Investment Banking. Mr. DeSena serves as a Director on the National Insurance Corporation's Board of Directors. Mr. DeSena holds his Series 99 License.

David Charles Levine is the Chief Executive Officer of National Securities Corp., member FINRA, SIPC, and National Asset Management, Inc., an SEC registered investment adviser. Previously, Mr. Levine served as the National Sales Manager for one of the industry's fastest-growing independent broker/dealers. Mr. Levine also held a senior position at an independent broker/dealer that was successfully sold to New England Financial, a division of MetLife. Additionally, during his career, Mr. Levine has worked for a multibillion asset management firm and a top five U.S. banking institution. Mr. Levine graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in economics and earned his MBA in finance at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.

Mr. S. Quintus von Bonin has been Senior Managing Director of Metals, Mining and Natural Resources Practices Coverage Group at National Holdings Corporation since January 2016. Mr. von Bonin served as a Managing Director at INTL FCStone Securities Inc. Mr. von Bonin serves as the Head of Natural Resource Industries. He served as a Managing Partner at BD Capital and as a Co-Head of the Steel Investment Banking Group of Citigroup and Salomon Brothers. Mr. Von Bonin has also served as the President and Chief Financial Officer at FerrousExchange, Inc.

Mr. Sagiv Shiv, Ph.D., has been Senior Managing Director of Advisory Services Group at National Holdings Corporation since January 2016. Mr. Shiv served as a Managing Director at INTL FCStone Securities Inc. Mr. Shiv is the head of INTL FCStone Securities Inc's Global Advisory and M&A: Technology, Media & Telecom practice. Previously, he has served as a Senior Managing Director of Investment Banking and Head of Advisory Practice at National Securities Corporation. Mr. Shiv served as the Head of Advisory & Restructuring Services at Merriman Curhan Ford & Co. He also served as a Managing Director of Technology at Merriman Capital, Inc. Mr. Shiv has served as a Managing Director at Punk, Ziegel & Company which he joined in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, from 1999 to 2001, Mr. Shiv worked at Ryan Beck & Co., Inc. where he served as a Director. From 1997 to 1999, he worked at Josephthal & Co., Inc., where he served as a Vice President. Mr. Shiv served as the Chief Financial Officer for both the Plastiflex Group, from 1993 to 1997 and The Petroglas Group from 1987 to 1993. He has 25 years of industry experience in international business, international treasury management, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. Mr. Shiv served as a Director of Media Sciences International Inc., from January 21, 2003 to May 11, 2004. He is an Associate Editor of Nanotechnology, Law & Business Journal. Mr. Shiv is a member of the American Finance Association and the Financial Management Association. He has 25 years of industry experience in international business, international treasury management, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. He is a visiting professor of financial engineering at the IESE Graduate School of Business. Mr. Shiv earned a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Finance and Commercial Economics from Pacific Western University.

Mr. William L. Groeneveld, Known as 'Billy G', Mr. Groeneveld has over 25 years of experience in trading supervisory roles. Prior to National, Mr. Groeneveld was co-founder of Program Trading Corporation specializing in algorithmic and execution trading. Mr. Groeneveld received his B.S. from West Virginia University. Mr. Groeneveld holds his Series 7, 24, 27, 55 and 63 licenses.
