Mr. Kevin R. Karas, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of National Research Corp September 1, 2011 and has been its Senior Vice President of Finance since December 2010. Prior to joining the National Research Corp, Mr. Karas served as Vice President of Finance at Lifetouch Portrait Studios, Inc., from 2005 to 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of CARSTAR, Inc., from 2000 to 2005. He directed Carstar's information technology strategy and deployment of leading technology throughout the CARSTAR system. His business development responsibilities included leading the Franchise Development initiatives for Carstar, one of the leading franchisors in the country. In this role, he oversees the selection, qualification and approval of new franchisees in both existing and new markets. Mr. Karas ensures that the rapidly growing expansion of Carstar's franchisee footprint adheres to the high ethical and operating standards of Carstar and is strategically positioned to meet the needs of its customers and insurance partners. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rehab Designs of America, Inc., from 1993 to 2000 and Rehab Designs of America Corporation. He served as a Regional Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Operations at Novacare, Inc., from 1988 to 1993. His primary activities included raising substantial private equity and debt financing, managing numerous business acquisitions, financial reporting, strategic planning, managed care contract negotiations, clinical operations and information technology deployment. Mr. Karas began his career as a CPA with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he was involved with financial auditing and business consulting for over five years.

Ms. Helen Hrdy has been Senior Vice President of Client Services at National Research Corp. since January 16, 2016. Ms. Hrdy served multiple roles during her 15 years at NRC; primarily leading teams that have helped hundreds of healthcare facilities measure and improve the quality of the patient experience. She has a passion for service excellence and for leading and developing associates to help hospital, medical group and long-term care clients improve the patient experience.

Mr. Steven D. Jackson, also known as Steve, has been the President of National Research Corp. since October 1, 2015. Mr. Jackson served as Vice President of Business Development & Operations at Vocera Communications, Inc. from 2007 to 2011 and Senior Director of Business Development, where he was responsible for strategic planning, partnerships and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Vocera, he held positions of increasing responsibility at The Advisory Board Company, Neoforma and Stockamp & Associates. Over the 18 years, he has lived his commitment to advancing patient-centered care working with leading academic medical centers, health systems, community hospitals and children's hospitals to address their most pressing strategic, operational, financial and clinical imperatives. Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
