Ms. Michelle Lynn Miller has been Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President at National Retail Properties, Inc. since March 28, 2016. Mr. Stephen A. Horn, Jr. also known as Steve has been Chief Acquisitions Officer and Executive Vice President at National Retail Properties, Inc since January 2, 2014. Mr. Horn also previously served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for National Retail Properties from June 2008 to December 2013 and as Vice President of Acquisitions from 2003 to 2008. Prior to 2003, Mr. Horn worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at A.G. Edwards & Sons in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of ICSC.

Mr. Paul E. Bayer has been the Chief Investment Officer of National Retail Properties, Inc. since June 1, 2010 and its Executive Vice President since January 2, 2007. Mr. Bayer served as Vice President of Leasing of National Retail Properties Inc. since September 1999 until September 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of National Retail Properties Inc. from September 2005 to December 2006. He served as a marketing principal at Trammell Crow Company from 1988 to 1991. Mr. Bayer served as Director of Leasing of Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc. from September 1999 to June 2002. Mr. Bayer served as a leasing agent for J. Donegan Company from 1996 to September 1999 and for Combined Properties, Incorporated, owner of 31 shopping centers in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area from 1993 to 1996. He serves as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and earned the designation of Certified Leasing Specialist from the ICSC. He was awarded a leadership fellowship by Rutgers University Graduate School of Management, which he attended in 1987. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College with B.A. in 1984.

Mr. Kevin B. Habicht has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at National Retail Properties, Inc., (Formerly, Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc.) since December 1993 and has been its Treasurer since January 1998 and serves as its Assistant Secretary. Mr. Habicht served as a Secretary at National Retail Properties from January 1998 to May 2003. Previously, Mr. Habicht served as Vice President from July 1992 to December 1993 at the firm. He was Assistant Secretary of the Advisor from December 1993 to December 1997 and as Vice President of the Advisor from its inception in 1991 to December 1993. From 1990 to December 1997, Mr. Habicht served as Senior Vice President and from 1992 to 1997 served as Treasurer of CNL Investment Company. He alos served as a Senior Vice President of CNL Management Company and Treasurer of CNL Securities Corp. Prior to 1983, Mr. Habicht was employed by Coopers & Lybrand since 2000, Mr. Habicht has been a Director of CNL Commercial Finance, Inc. He has been Director for Commercial Net Lease Realty Services, Inc. since May 1999 .He has been a Director of National Retail Properties, Inc., since June 2000. My. Habicht is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Josh Lewis serves as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions of National Retail Properties, Inc.. Josh started at National Retail Properties, Inc. in May of 2008. Josh currently resides in Orlando, Florida Area.
