Mr. Eugene M. Quast has been Vice President of Global Sales at Natural Alternatives International, Inc. since March, 2014. Mr. Quast served as Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Valley Farms, Co. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Quast was employed by Midamerica Dairymen and from 1981 to 1991 employed by Kraft Foods. Mr. Quast's background spans over 30 years in the food and nutritional industries, with experience ranging from stick packs to ready-to-drink products, whey products and effervescent vitamins. He holds a BS in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota and MBA from the University of Dubuque.

Mr. Kenneth E. Wolf also known as Ken, has been the President, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Natural Alternatives International Inc. since October 1, 2015, June 2010, February 2009 and February 2009 respectively. Mr. Wolf has been the Chief Financial Officer of Real Health Laboratories, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natural Alternatives since July 2008. He has over 20 years of manufacturing and public company experience. Mr. Wolf served as the Chief Financial Officer of Natural Alternatives International Inc. since February 12, 2008 until October 1, 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Footwear Group Inc. from February 1, 2003 to November 15, 2007 and its Principal Accounting Officer until November 15, 2007, Treasurer since February 1, 2003 and Secretary since May 11, 2004. He served an Independent Consultant of various San Diego-based companies where he performed interim Chief Financial Officer responsibilities in 2002. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Wolf worked for nine-years at Callaway Golf Company, where he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller. Mr. Wolf received his Certified Public Accountant license from the State of California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration--Accounting from California State University in Fresno, California.

Mr. Michael E. Fortin has been Chief Financial Officer of Natural Alternatives International Inc. since October 01, 2015. Mr. Fortin has been NAI's Director of Accounting and SEC Reporting since April 2008. Before joining NAI, Mr. Fortin served as the Director of Finance for K2 Licensed Products, a subsidiary of Jarden Corporation, a consumer products company specializing in licensed sporting goods, Manager of inancial Accounting Operations for HSBC Auto Finance, a subsidiary of HSBC Bank USA and an audit senior for Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP. Mr. Fortin received his Certified Public Accountant license from the State of California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from San Diego State University, California.

Dr. Fausto Petrini, Ph.D. serves as Director of Operations of Natural Alternatives International Inc. Dr. Petrini has 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in various manufacturing, laboratory and quality assurance/quality control capacities. Dr. Petrini also possesses extensive experience in sterile processes and pharmaceutical site project development. Dr. Petrini obtained his Ph.D. in Biology in 1974 at the Universit??? degli Studi Milan, Italy.

Eugene Quast serves as the Vice President, Global Sales of Natural Alternatives International, Inc.. Eugene started at Natural Alternatives International, Inc. in March of 2014. Eugene currently resides in Greater San Diego Area.
