Mr. Chris T. Sharng has been the President of Natural Health Trends Corp. since February 26, 2007 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for overseeing operations and providing expertise and guidance that is consistent with Natural Health Trends's mission and core values. Mr. Sharng serves as the President of NHT Global, Inc. He has over 20 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in network marketing, hospitality and on-line development businesses. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Natural Health Trends Corp., from August 2004 to February 2007 and Chief Executive Officer since March 2006. Mr. Sharng served as an Executive Vice President of Natural Health Trends Corp., from August 2004 to February 26, 2007. He served as a Member of the Office of the Chief Executive and Interim Principal Executive Officer at Natural Health Trends Corp. Mr. Sharng has developed a deep understanding of Natural Health Trends' business globally. His leadership was integral to the success of several of Natural Health Trends' key initiatives in recent years. Mr. Sharng served as the Chief Financial Officer of NorthPole Limited from March, 2004 to July 2004. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MDI, Inc. (formerly, American Building Control Inc., Ultrak Inc.) from October 2000 to March 2, 2004 and served as its Secretary until March 2, 2004. Mr. Sharng was employed by Mattel Inc. from March 1989 to July 2000 in various capacities, including as its Vice President of International Finance and Planning from 1996 to July 2000. He has been Director of Natural Health Trends Corp. since March 2012. Mr. Sharng received his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and his Bachelor degree from National Taiwan University.

Mr. Timothy Scott Davidson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Natural Health Trends Corp. since February 21, 2007 and also has been its Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary since January 1, 2014. Mr. Davidson served as Chief Accounting Officer of Natural Health Trends Corp. from September 2004 to February 2007. From March 2001 to September 2004, Mr. Davidson served as Corporate Controller of Celion Networks Inc., located in Richardson, Texas. From February 2000 to February 2001, he served as Manager of Financial Reporting for Dallas-based telecommunications company IP Communications Inc. From December 1994 to January 2000, Mr. Davidson was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP as an Audit Manager. He has a Master Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and received his Bachelor degree from Texas A&M University at Commerce.
