Mr. Craig W. Nunez has been President and Chief Operating Officer of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC, a General Partner of Natural Resource Partners LP since August 8, 2017 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since January 1, 2015 until August 8, 2017. He has extensive operations and finance experience. Most notable of Mr. Nunez's previous roles were Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Halliburton Company; and Director of International New Ventures at Phillips Petroleum (now Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips). Additionally, Mr. Nunez served as President of Greenwich Energy, a company that he founded, built and sold. He started his career in 1987 as an institutional bond salesman with Greenwich Capital Markets. Mr. Nunez serves as Chairman of the Board of Bocage Group, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Goodwill Industries of Houston, and as a Director of Medical Bridges, Inc. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Avondale House, formerly known as the Texas Treatment Center for Autism. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Sam Houston Area and Atlanta Area Councils of the Boy Scouts of America. An Eagle Scout and recipient of the God & Country Award as a youth, Mr. Nunez was also honored with the Silver Beaver Award, the highest honor bestowed on an adult volunteer by a Scouting council. A former lieutenant colonel in the Texas State Guard, Mr. Nunez is a veteran of four active duty deployments in response to natural disasters and concluded his service as Commander of the 447th Air Support Group at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base. His military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal. Mr. Nunez received his bachelor and Juris Doctorate degrees from Louisiana State University and a master of business administration degree with honors from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar. He is a licensed attorney-at-law and a Board Leadership Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Ms. Kathryn Still Wilson has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC, a General Partner of Natural Resource Partners LP since December 2013. Ms. Wilson served as an Associate General Counsel from March 2013 to December 2013. Since October 2013, she has also served as General Counsel and Secretary of each of Quintana Minerals Corporation, New Gauley Coal Corporation, the general partner of Western Pocahontas Properties Limited Partnership, and the general partner of Great Northern Properties Limited Partnership. Ms. Wilson also represents NRP as one of its appointees to the Board of Managers of Ciner Wyoming LLC. She practiced corporate and securities law with Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. from September 2001 to February 2010 and from November 2011 to February 2013. Ms. Wilson served as General Counsel of Antero Resources Corporation from March 2010 to June 2011.

Mr. Christopher J. Zolas, also known as Chris, has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC, a General Partner of Natural Resource Partners LP since August 8, 2017 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since March 2015 until August 8, 2017. He has extensive accounting and finance experience. Prior to this, Mr. Zolas served as Director of Financial Reporting at Cheniere Energy, Inc. Mr. Zolas joined Cheniere Energy, Inc. (???Cheniere???) in 2007 as Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting and was promoted to Director in 2009. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Zolas worked in public accounting with KPMG LLP from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Zolas received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in biochemistry from Trinity University in May 1996 and his masters in accountancy degree from the University of Houston in 2002. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Mr. Russell D. Gordy has been a Director of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC, a General Partner of Natural Resource Partners LP since October 31, 2013. Mr. Gordy is Managing Partner and majority owner in SG Interests. He is also President of Gordy Oil Company, an oil and gas exploration company in the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana, and Gordy Gas Corporation, an oil and gas exploration company in the San Juan Basin of Colorado and New Mexico. Prior to forming SG Interests in 1989, Mr. Gordy was a founding Partner of Northwind Exploration Company an exploration company created in 1981 with former Houston Oil and Minerals employees. Mr. Gordy served on the Board of Directors of Houston Exploration Company from 1987 until 2001.

Mr. Gregory F. Wooten has been the Chief Engineer and Vice President of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC, the General Partner of Natural Resource Partners LP since December 17, 2013.

Mr. Kevin J. Craig has been an Executive Vice President of Coal at GP Natural Resource Partners LLC, general partner of Natural Resource Partners LP since September 2014. Mr. Craig served as a Vice President of Business Development of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC since April 1, 2005. Mr. Craig was responsible for developing and implementing acquisitions for the partnership and is located in the Huntington office. He has been Terminal Manager, West Virginia Coalfields of CSX Transportation since 2003. He has extensive marketing and finance experience with CSX since 1996. He also serves as a Delegate to the West Virginia House of Delegates having been elected in 2000 and re-elected in 2002 and 2004. Prior to joining CSX, Mr. Craig served as a Captain in the United States Army. He serves as a Director of BrickStreet Insurance Agency, LLC.

Mr. Perry W. Donahoo has been Chief Executive Officer of Vantacore Partners, LLC at Natural Resource Partners L.P. since July 2017. Mr. Donahoo joined VantaCore in 2010. Mr. Donahoo served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of VantaCore Partners LP since January 6, 2011. He oversaw all operational aspects of it as well as assist its business development acquisition efforts. Mr. Donahoo has extensive operations, marketing, sales, business development and mergers and acquisition experience. He served for over 30 years in the aggregate and building materials industry. His operational experience predominantly includes mining of granite, limestone, sand and gravel, as well as calcium carbonate using both surface and underground mining. Mr. Donahoo began his career at Vulcan Materials Company in 1978, served as the President of the Florida and Western Divisions of Florida Rock Industries from 1999 to 2007, after being President of the Southern Division, Construction Materials Group for Vulcan Materials Company from 1995 to 1998. Previously Mr. Donahoo served as a senior executive with three major construction aggregates companies with direct operational responsibilities for over 60 operations in the United States. Mr. Donahoo also represents NRP as one of its appointees to the Board of Managers of Ciner Wyoming LLC.
