Mr. David J. Butters serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Navigator Gas Transport, PLC. Mr. Niall J. Nolan, FCCA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Navigator Holdings Ltd., since August 2006. Mr. Nolan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Navigator Gas Transport, PLC. He served as Finance Director of Simon Group PLC from March 21, 2003 to March 2004 and served as its Group Financial Controller since 2000. He served as Director of Simon Group PLC until March 2004.

Mr. Oeyvind Lindeman has been Chief Commercial Officer at Navigator Gas Transport PLC since January 2014. Mr. Lindeman has been the Chief Commercial Officer at Navigator Holdings Ltd. since January 2014 and served as its Chartering Manager of NGT Services (UK) since November 2007. He was appointed Chartering Manager of Navigator Gas Transport in November 2007. Prior to this, he was employed for five years at A.P. M???ller Maersk, a gas transport company as charterer. Mr. Lindeman holds a BA with honours from the University of Strathclyde and an Executive MBA with distinction from Cass Business School.

Mr. Tommy Hjalmas has been Director of Newbuildings and Special Projects at Navigator Holdings Ltd. since January 2015. Mr. Hjalmas served as the Chief Operating Officer at Navigator Holdings Ltd. from November 2006 to December 31, 2014. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Navigator Gas Transport, PLC. He was employed for five years at BSSM (formerly Dorchester Maritime Limited). He holds a BSc in Marine Engineering from the University of Chalmers.
