He joined Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. in 1980, at the entry-level position of assistant vessel operator and has steadily risen in his positions. He serves as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation. He has been an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Navios South American Logistics, Inc. and Navios Maritime Partners L.P since February 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Navios Maritime Partners L.P. since February 2008.
