Mr. Timothy Storrs Jenks, also known as Tim, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Neophotonics Corp. since April 1998. Mr. Jenks serves as an Advisor of Red Planet Capital and Astrolabe Ventures, Advisory arm. He has 20 years experience in international sales, marketing and management of technology. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of affiliate and spin out companies NanoGram Corporation and Kainos Energy Corp. From November 2002 to March 2003, he served as Chief Executive Officer of NanoGram Devices Corporation. He served as the Vice President and General Manager of Raychem Corporation, where he served in various general management and functional positions in both the United States and Europe from 1985 to 1998. He served as a Naval Officer, Norway. Mr. Jenks serves as the Chairman of NeoPhotonics Corporation and has been its Director since April 1998. He serves as a Director of Ignis ASA. He served as Director at NanoGram Corporation. From November 2002 to March 2003, he served as a Director of NanoGram Devices Corporation. He was a Reviewer of the National Nanotechnology Initiative and was a panel author of ???Small Wonders: Endless Frontiers???. Mr. Jenks holds an MBA from Stanford University, a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Marine Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Ms. Elizabeth Eby, also known as Beth, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at NeoPhotonics Corporation since August 15, 2017. Ms. Eby has more than 25 years of financial experience at Intel Corporation where she was Vice President of Finance and Group Chief Financial Officer for Intel's Internet of Things Group. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Finance and Group Controller for Corporate Financial Planning and Reporting where she was responsible for all financial, audit committee and SEC reporting. Over the course of her career, Ms. Eby also held finance leadership roles related to cost and manufacturing, sales and product planning, including two multi-year assignments in Asia. Ms. Eby obtained an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from University of Michigan.

Dr. Chi Yue Cheung, also known as Raymond, Ph.D. has been Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NeoPhotonics Corporation since October 2012 and November 10, 2008 respectively. Dr. Cheung served as Vice President at NeoPhotonics Corporation from November 2008 to October 2012. He served as Vice President of Research and Development in NeoPhotonics (China) Co., Ltd. from September 2007 to October 2008 and Vice President of Product Engineering in NeoPhotonics (China) Co., Ltd from June 2007 to August 2007. Prior to joining the NeoPhotonics, he served as the Director of the Optical Communications Components (OCC) business unit - China Operations for SAE Magnetics (HK) Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TDK Corp. of Japan from April 2004 to May 2007. During his tenure at SAE/TDK the OCC business grew four-fold, highlighted by the acquisition of Acasia Technologies, an affiliate company of the Hong Kong Applied Science and Research Institute. Dr. Cheung has also held various senior technical, operations and management positions with Hong Kong Applied Science & Technology Research Institute and Philips Semiconductors. Dr. Cheung holds a Ph.D. in materials and mechanics from Cambridge University (UK) and a B.Eng. in mechanical engineering from King's College London (UK).

Dr. Wupen Yuen, Ph.D. has been Senior Vice President and General Manager at NeoPhotonics Corporation since August 2014. Dr. Yuen served as Senior Vice President of Product & Technology Development at NeoPhotonics Corporation from October 2012 to August 2014. Dr. Yuen served as Vice President of Product Development and Engineering at NeoPhotonics Corporation from September 2006 to October 2012 and previously served as Director of Business Development since joining NeoPhotonics in January 2005. He was responsible for global product development and engineering at NeoPhotonics. He has more than ten years of technology/product development and management experience in optical communications. He Co-founded Bandwidth9, Inc. and served as its Chief Technical Officer from August 2002 to December 2004. Dr. Yuen holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Mr. Benjamin Lee Sitler, also known as Ben, has been Senior Vice President of Global Sales at NeoPhotonics Corporation since August 2014. Mr. Sitler served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Business Units at NeoPhotonics Corporation from February 2013 to August 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Units. Mr. Sitler served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Product Management at NeoPhotonics Corporation since February 2013 until August 2014. He served as Vice President of Global Sales of NeoPhotonics Corporation since July 2007 until February 2013. Mr. Sitler has more than twenty years of sales and executive management experience in the telecommunications and electronics industries. He served as Vice President for Tunable Products at NeoPhotonics Corporation from November 2006 to July 2007. He co-founded Paxera Corp. in 2003 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2003 to November 2006. Prior to starting Paxera in 2003, Mr. Sitler served as a Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Lightwave Microsystems Corporation from November 1999 to September 2002. From December 2002 to May 2003, Mr. Sitler served as Vice President of Business Development of JCP Photonics, Inc. From 1984 to 1999, he served in a variety of positions for Raychem Corporation, where he served in roles including Sales Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Line Manager, Business Development Manager and Staff Executive to the Chief Executive Officer. He served in the U. S. Navy in the Nuclear Submarine Force. Mr. Sitler holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
