Mr. Richard I. Eisenstadt, also known as Rich, M.B.A., has been the Chief Financial Officer at Neos Therapeutics, Inc. since May 2014. Mr. Eisenstadt has over twenty-five years of finance leadership experience in the healthcare, life sciences and emerging technology industries. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of ArborGen Inc. since January 8, 2013. Mr. Eisenstadt was responsible for the ArborGen finance, treasury and investor relations functions. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Ocera Therapeutics, Inc until January 4, 2013. He has an outstanding financial and analytical knowledge, strong leadership skills and an execution-based management style. Mr. Eisenstadt served as Vice President of Finance of Tranzyme, Inc. from June 2003 to January 4, 2013 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from December 2003 to December 4, 2012 and Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary until December 4, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Tranzyme Pharma, Inc. until January 4, 2013. Mr. Eisenstadt has an extensive track record of finance and business experience and a broad understanding of funding growth companies. He has over thirty years of finance leadership experience in the healthcare, life sciences and emerging technology industries. He joined Tranzyme in June 2003. He served as Senior Financial Advisor to several biotechnology companies with responsibilities including business and strategic planning, fundraising and financial reporting. He spent over two years as Director of Finance at Cogent Neuroscience where he was responsible for financial operations, including the establishment of two international joint ventures. Mr. Eisenstadt served for twelve years with Nimbus CD International, where he served as Director of Strategic Planning and Development and Treasury Manager and was involved in an IPO and responsible for strategic and financial planning and ensuring that adequate financing was in place to meet aggressive growth plans. He served at Nimbus included guiding it through an LBO. Mr. Eisenstadt has an MBA Degree from James Madison University and BA in Economics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
