Neurocrine claims to be a young cool culture. What that means is that they heavily discriminate against anyone over 45 - unless you are in management.
Working at Neurocrine has changed over the years in 2018 they were one of the best companies to work for. Everyone saw the vision of the organization and employees were trusted. Today there is minimal trust. Using the term, accountability assumes people aren't working. Micromanagement is all over.
