Mr. James W. Stone, III, serves as a Managing Director at New Mountain Finance Corporation. Mr. Stone also serves as a Managing Director at New Mountain Capital, LLC and previously served as its Director. He joined the firm in 2011 and is primarily dedicated to NMFC. Previously, Mr. Stone served as a Managing Director of Corporate Debt Group/GSO Capital Partners at The Blackstone Group L.P. He also served as a Principal for the Mezzanine Financing group; The Blackstone Group, Corporate Debt Group; The Blackstone Group, Corporate Debt Group; Blackstone Mezzanine Partners, L.P.; Blackstone Mezzanine Holdings II L.P.; Blackstone Mezzanine Partners II, L.P.; Blackstone Mezzanine Partners III, LP and Corporate Debt Group of The Blackstone Group. Mr. Stone joined Blackstone in 2002 and was involved in originating, evaluating, executing, and monitoring debt investments various senior secured and mezzanine debt investments across a variety of industries. He was principally responsible for developing relationships with equity sponsor groups and other financial intermediaries in order to generate transaction opportunities. Mr. Stone also served as a Vice President at UBS Investment Bank and UBS Warburg's Leveraged Finance Department. He also served as a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Inc. and at the firm's Communications and Media Group. Mr. Stone worked at Nomura Securities International, Inc. He received an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from The University of the South.

Mr. Adam B. Weinstein, CPA, serves as the Managing Director since 2005 and serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer at New Mountain Capital LLC. He spends his time helping to run the administration of the firm on a day to day basis, helping to oversee firm management and operations with the Chief Executive Officer and helps to drive strategy and firm process. He is involved with portfolio company oversight, business development and is also responsible for the day to day oversight of the finance, fund operations, investor reporting, administrative and tax functions across the firms' business lines. He joined New Mountain Capital in 2005 and served as its Controller. Mr. Weinstein co-leads the finance, operations and administration. He is also involved with investor relations, marketing and compliance as well as various other initiatives at New Mountain Capital. He serves as Chief Financial Officer for the New York Hedge Fund Roundtable. He also serves as an Executive Vice President and is on the Board of Directors of NMFC. He has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of New Mountain Finance Corporation and New Mountain Finance AIV Holdings Corp. since January 3, 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer of New Mountain Finance Corporation from July 2010 to January 2013 and its Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at New Mountain Guardian Corp. He has been a Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of New Mountain Finance Holdings, L.L.C. since January 3, 2013. and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since September 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at New Mountain Finance AIV Holdings Corp. from May 2011 to January 3, 2013 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 3, 2013. Prior to joining New Mountain Capital in 2005, he served as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP's merger and acquisition and private equity investor services areas, with clients that included The Blackstone Group; Merrill Lynch; Bessemer Venture Partners; Ripplewood Holdings; Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe; New Mountain Capital, LLC; and others. He has been an Interested Director of New Mountain Finance Holdings, L.L.C since July 31, 2012. He has been an Independent Director of Bellerophon Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2014. He serves as a Director of New Mountain Finance AIV Holdings Corp., New Mountain Finance Holdings, L.L.C., and Bellerophon. He serves on the board of the Great Oaks Foundation. He is involved and sits on the boards of various professional and philanthropic organizations. He also writes articles and thought pieces for Private Equity Manager magazine and speaks on various panels regarding issues affecting the alternative investment industry. Mr. Weinstein is a New York State Certified Public Accountant. He received a B.S., summa cum laude, from Binghamton University in 2001.
