Heldrich Center for Workforce Development's National Advisory Board and Member of National Petroleum Council. Mr. Downes is a Director of the American Gas Association, Trustee of the American Gas Foundation, and a Member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. Mr. Downes provides the Board with strong leadership and direction and a considerable amount of experience.He served as a Director of Questar Corporation from 2010 to September 2016. Mr. Downe has extensive knowledge of the energy industry, experience as the leader of the Company and innovative thinking. Mr. Downes??? board positions at other natural gas and energy-focused organizations have positioned him to bring experience and industry knowledge to his position as Chairman of the Board.Mr. Downes??? years of service on the Board, he has developed extensive knowledge in the areas of leadership, strategy, safety, risk oversight, management and corporate governance, each of which provides great value to the Board. He served as Chairman of the American Gas Association, Trustee of the American Gas Foundation. Mr. Downes is a Graduate of Iona College with B.B.A. in Finance and M.B.A.

Mr. Patrick J. Migliaccio, also known as Pat, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at New Jersey Resources Corporation since January 1, 2016. Mr. Migliaccio serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NJR Clean Energy Ventures, NJR Energy Services, NJR Midstream, NJR Home Services and NJR Service Corporation. He joined New Jersey Resources Corporation (NJR) in 2009. He is an accomplished leader and accounting expert in the energy industry. He worked for Public Service Enterprise Group and NRG Energy, as well as other energy companies in New Jersey, before joining NJR. He served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at New Jersey Resources Corp. from November 2014 to December 2015 and also served as its Treasurer from August 2013 to May 2015 and Corporate Controller from January 2012 to August 2013. Mr. Migliaccio serves on the Board of Trustees for the Independent College Fund of New Jersey. Mr. Migliaccio holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Glenn C. Lockwood has been an Executive Vice President of New Jersey Resources Corp. since 1988. Mr. Lockwood served as the Chief Financial Officer of New Jersey Resources Corporation from September 1995 to January 2016 and Senior Vice President from January 1996 to December 2010. From January 1994 to September 1995, he held the position of Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. From January 1990 to January 1994, he held the position of Assistant Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Stephen D. Westhoven, also known as Steve, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New Jersey Resources Corporation since November 2017. Mr. Westhoven joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in November 1990. He serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Office at NJR Midstream. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Office at NJR Clean Energy Ventures (NJRCEV) from October 2016 to October 2017. He served as Chief Operating Office at NJR Energy Services (NJRES) from October 2016 to October 2017 and also served as its Senior Vice President from May 2010 to October 2017. Mr. Westhoven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Catholic University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Ms. Laura Conover has been Chief Communications Officer and Chief of Staff at New Jersey Resources Corporation since October 1, 2017. In this role, Ms. Conover is responsible for leading NJR's communications strategy; creating and sustaining key initiatives, as well as ensuring internal and external communications advance the company's business priorities. Ms. Jacqueline K. Shea has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President at New Jersey Resources Corporation since joining it on June 10, 2016. Ms. Shea serves as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of NJR Service Corporation. With more than three decades of experience in the information technology (IT) field, she is responsible for advancing NJR's strategic goals through the investment, planning and management of its IT portfolio, including information infrastructure, internet and business applications, end-user support and cyber security. Ms. Nancy A. Washington has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at New Jersey Resources Corporation since March 27, 2017. Ms. Washington began her law career with a clerkship for the Honorable Vincent J. Commisa, served as Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a Member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and Executive Women of New Jersey. She is graduate of The College of New Jersey with her Undergraduate Degree in Accounting in 1986. She went on to study law at Seton Hall University School of Law with her Juries Doctor degree in 1989.
