Mr. Robert A. Edwards, also known as Bob, serves as the Partner and Managing Director of NGP Energy Capital Management. He joined NGP in 2009. Mr. Edwards earned dual Petroleum Engineering and Management graduate degrees in 1993 and 1994 from Stanford University and received a BSME in 1978 from Tulane University.

Mr. Christopher D. Ray, J.D., has been a Partner and Senior Managing Director at NGP Energy Capital Management (Alternate Name: Natural Gas Partners) since July 2012. Previously he was General Counsel at the firm. He joined NGP Energy Capital Management in February 2003 and served as its Managing Director from 2007 to July 2012 and General Counsel. Mr. Ray is involved in the full range of NGP's business, including an active role in the decisions regarding capital allocation, evaluation of investment opportunities, portfolio monitoring, exit and capital market transactions, and firm administration. He applies his 20 years of broad energy deal experience to ensure excellence in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions conducted by both NGP and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining NGP, Mr. Ray was a Partner in the law firm of Thompson & Knight, LLP. He served as Outside Legal Counsel to Oncologic, Inc. (one of the two predecessors to Aduro) on a variety of matters since its formal organization in 2000. He has been a Director of Prairie Storm Energy Corp. since February 2015 and Centennial Resource Production, LLC since May 2015. He serves as a Director of Oilfield Water Logistics, LLC. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and on the Board of Trustees of the Parish Episcopal School. He served as a Director of Penntex Midstream GP LLC, General Partner of PennTex Midstream Partners, LP from June 4, 2015 to November 1, 2016. He served as a Director of Eagle Rock Energy G&P LLC, a General Partner of Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. from June 7, 2011 to October 8, 2015. Mr. Tony R. Weber has been Managing Partner of NGP Energy Capital Management (alternate name, Natural Gas Partners) since November 21, 2013. Mr. Weber oversees NGP's efforts in sourcing, structuring and executing investments as well as capital markets transactions within the portfolios. He plays a key role in sourcing and managing NGP's relationship with its investors. He assists in all transaction evaluation and monitoring efforts. He is employed at NGP Natural Resources X, L.P. He has been the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of NGP Natural Resources XI LP since November 21, 2013. He served as Chief Operating Officer of NGP Energy Capital Management since November 21, 2013. He has extensive corporate finance, banking and private equity experience. He served as Managing Partner of Natural Gas Partners IX, L.P. Mr. Weber served at Natural Gas Partners as Managing Director from 2007 to November 2013. He served as the Senior Managing Director of NGP Energy Capital Management since July 2012 and served as its Managing Partner from 2006 to July 2012 and Chief Investment Coordinator since 2010. He joined Natural Gas Partners in December 2003 as a Principal and Director of Corporate Finance. He is an expert at evaluating and applying the full range of debt and equity products available today as well as with custom-tailoring structures to meet specific objectives. He has deep industry relationships and experiences that are vital resources for NGP. Mr. Weber served as the Chief Financial Officer of Merit Energy Company from April 1998 to December 2003 and served as its Vice President of Corporate Finance, where he raised over $1 billion of equity commitments from institutional investors and oversaw Merit's financial operations, which included the active management of its banking relationships and capital markets activities. He served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Union Bank of California's Energy Division from 1987 to 1998. He served as Senior Vice President of Energy Division at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. In his 14 years as a Commercial Banker, he was involved in the arranging and financing of more than $14 billion in energy transactions, including senior debt facilities, mezzanine debt structures, project financing and direct equity investments. He serves as the Chairman of Beta Operating Company, LLC. Mr. Weber served as the Chairman of Memorial Resource Development Corp. (also known as Range Resources - Louisiana, Inc.) from September 2011 to September 16, 2016. He has been a Director of WildHorse Resources II, LLC and WildHorse Resource Development Corporation since September 2016. He has been a Director of Centennial Resource Production, LLC since May 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Centennial Resource Development, Inc. since October 12, 2016. He serves as a Director of Memorial Midstream LLC and Rise Energy Beta, LLC. Mr. Weber served as a member of the board of directors of MEMP GP from December 2011 to March 2016. From September 2011 to March 2016, he served as Director of the general partner of Memorial Production Partners LP. He served as a Director of Memorial Production Partners GP LLC from September 2011 to March 04, 2016. He serves on the Dean's Council of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He was a Founding Member of the Mays School of Business Fellows Program. Mr. Brian R. Patterson, J.D., serves as a Partner of Investor Relations at NGP Energy Capital Management. Mr. Patterson Joined NGP Energy Capital Management in 2016. Mr. Patterson focuses on the firm's capital raising and investor relations activities. Prior to joining NGP, he was an Investment Manager with the University of Notre Dame. He served as a senior investment team member where he actively managed and invested the global real asset portfolio as part of a $10 billion endowment. In his role, Mr. Patterson oversaw Notre Dame's global energy efforts; sourcing, underwriting, recommending and monitoring investments in the onshore and offshore E&P, services, midstream and power sectors. Before joining the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Patterson served as an Attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP and Verrill Dana LLP where he specialized in negotiating and structuring private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, equity and debt offerings and joint venture transactions. He is a CFA Charter Holder. Mr. Patterson graduated, cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in May 1999. He received a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2003.

Mr. Christopher G. Carter, also known as Chris, has been Managing Partner of NGP Energy Capital Management (Alternate name Natural Gas Partners) since February 10, 2015. Prior to this, he served as its Chief Investment Coordinator. He joined NGP Energy Capital Management in 2004. He served as Managing Director at Natural Gas Partners from December 11, 2012 to March 2015 and as a Principal from 2010 to December 11, 2012. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Associate from 2008 to 2010 at the firm. Prior to re-joining NGP, Mr. Carter served as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, Inc. since 2007, where he performed a consulting study for an energy industry client. He served as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank AG's Energy Investment Banking group, where he focused on financing and merger and acquisition transactions in the oil and gas and oilfield services industries. He has considerable financial and energy investing experience. Mr. Kenneth A. Hersh, also known as Ken, is a Co-Founder, Advisory Partner and Chairman at NGP Energy Capital Management. He Co-founded the firm since 1988. At the firm, Mr. Hersh focuses on the firm's strategic direction. Mr. Hersh serves as an Operating Executive, Senior Advisor and Deputy Chief Investment Officer for energy and natural resources division at The Carlyle Group LP. He serves as the President, Chief Executive at the George W. Bush Presidential Center where he previously served as a Director. He has been the Chief Investment Officer at Rainwater Inc. since 1994. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at NGP Energy Capital Management from 1989 to 2015. He oversees firm-wide strategy and coordinates the activities of all its investment vehicles to ensure maximum synergy across investment silos and premier investment franchise in the natural resources industry. Mr. David R. Albin serves as a Co-Founder and Advisory Partner at NGP Energy Capital Management. He co-founded the firm in 1988. Previously he served as a Managing Partner. Mr. Albin also served as Senior Partner at NGP Energy Capital Management. He focuses on the Rocky Mountain and West Texas regions. He is a creative negotiator and facilitator, providing skills that help portfolio companies with their strategic decision making. He also took a keen interest in analyzing macroeconomic data relevant to the energy industry, which resulted in his early identification of trends that impact NGP's investment strategy as well as its portfolio companies. He was responsible for co-managing the investment portfolio of the funds and investment sourcing. Mr. Albin serves at The Energy & Minerals Group. Previously, he was a Partner in the Bass Investment Limited Partnership from December 1984 to November 1988, where he was responsible for portfolio management. He serves as a Member of Strategic Advisory Board of Flywheel Ventures and NGP Energy Technology Partners. Mr. Albin serves as a Director of RSP Permian, L.L.C. Mr. John S. Foster, CPA serves as a Founding Partner & Advisory Partner at NGP Energy Capital Management. Mr. Foster previously served as a Managing Partner, Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at NGP Energy Capital Management. He also served as Senior Partner at the firm. He joined the firm in 1989. Prior to joining NGP, he was employed by CS First Boston Corporation's Corporate Bond Research department where he worked on primary and secondary public market transactions in the oil, natural gas, oil services, railroad and finance industries. Before joining CS First Boston, Mr. Foster was employed in the Audit division of the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. He also serves as an Initial Member at Centripetal Capital Partners, Inc. He serves as a Director of Ruckus Media Group, Inc. He served as Director of Vista Energy Resources. In 1980, he won an Urban Fellowship with the City of New York and completed numerous projects in the Mayor's Office of Operations and the Department of Health.
