There really was no interview questions and nobody had looked at my resume That interviewed me
to many layers of management, vp is a control freak, people in management work hard at not working. To much lying and stealing.
stop micromanaging people. Stop Requiring technical people to be 135% billable. Stop asking people to pad their hours and lie to clients. Create a high trust environment so that the product will be better.
