What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Relationships among colleagues helps build momentum
Employee experience and engagement events like no one else in the industry. We work hard and have fun doing it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Move towards a more cloud oriented product set. Not just hosted
to many layers of management, vp is a control freak, people in management work hard at not working. To much lying and stealing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I instantly connected with my leaders.
The transparency on the culture, pace, challenges and big goals.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
stop micromanaging people. Stop Requiring technical people to be 135% billable. Stop asking people to pad their hours and lie to clients. Create a high trust environment so that the product will be better.
