Compensation not in line with experience and market pay
Leadership needs to understand US & EMEA customers and product direction. They also need to hear employees career growth aspirations
My department is misunderstood and undervalued by my peers. They don't understand how to work with people with my skill set and don't seem very motivated to learn how to do so. It makes them look antiquated and out of touch with modern business practices.
