What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership's commitment to excellence and ethical practices has been a constant source of inspiration and has significantly contributed to my positive experience at the company.

Integrity and basic desire to manage a teal would be a great start.
Leadership needs to understand US & EMEA customers and product direction. They also need to hear employees career growth aspirations

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best for my life and easy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation not in line with experience and market pay
More emphasis around providing sales with fair opportunities to earn and contribute
Its just a poorly run company woth zero regard for anyone not in leadership
Its just a below average company to work for, actoss the board

The collaborative spirit and the diverse range of skills each member brings to the table.

Highly motivated and smart contributors.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company grew so fast that they could not afford to lose people so I am not sure if anyone has been let go due to performance. There are plenty just coasting or doing nothing for a free check. With no accountability these things cant be addressed.
Very political environment where everyone is looking out for their own best interests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many of the people are very nice.
Inclusivity and innovation which I find to be the most positive and impactful aspects.
We get to work on many different types of projects. Good work is recognized through awards and celebrated in a very public way.
There is cross team collaboration.
When we are recognized for what we bring, it brings more responsibilities
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not having all decisons run through 5 people, would be a start
More inclusive to women; less focus on the bottom line and more on employee engagement/improvement
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR team communicated the steps clearly, setting expectations about the timeline and the nature of the interviews, which helped me prepare effectively.

Seeing the tangible impact of our projects gives me a sense of accomplishment
We work for the helpless poor people

Middle management has become a reality and causes more problems than those it was intended to resolve

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
better communication and understand what you can do to make sales people more successful
More alignment on how work is done across every department despite location. We're an international company and several international offices have very different workflows.
Reduction of middle and micro management, listen from the bottom up instead of dictate top down
Work life balance could be better
Compensation is below market value.
