Excellent question. In general, it’s always better to overdress. This is true for any company or position. A shirt and tie makes an impression. I recently had someone show up with a crocodile Dundee hat. An impression was also made. At the core of every decision on what to wear to this - or any -interview should be the simple question: how do you want to be perceived in the first impression that you are making to the hiring manager?
