Mr. Martin R. Ferron has been the Chief Executive Officer of North American Energy Partners Inc. since June 7, 2012 and served as its President from June 7, 2012 to October 31, 2017. Mr. Ferron served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of North American Construction Group, Inc. He served as the President of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. from February 1999 to February 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from October 1, 2006 to February 2008. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. from January 1998 to August 2005. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Cal Dive International Inc. since January 1998. He has more than twenty-five years of worldwide experience in the oilfield industry, seven of which were in senior management positions with McDermott Marine Construction, Comex Group and Oceaneering International Services Limited immediately prior to his joining Cal Dive International Inc.'s. He has been the Chairman of North American Energy Partners Inc. since October 31, 2017 and its Non-Independent Director since June 7, 2012. He has been a Director of North American Construction Group, Inc. since June 7, 2012. He serves as a Director of Wells Ops, Inc. He serves as a Director of Well Ops Inc. He served as a Director of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. from September 1998 to February 2008 and Cal Dive International Inc., from February 2006 to May 6, 2008. Mr. Ferron has a Civil Engineering degree from City University, London; a M.Sc. in Marine Technology from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Aberdeen. He is also a Chartered Civil Engineer.

Mr. Barry Wade Palmer has been Vice-President of Heavy Construction and Mining Operations at North American Energy Partners Inc. since June 2013. Mr. Palmer serves as Vice President of Oil Sands Operations at North American Construction Group, Inc., and also served as its Vice-President of Heavy Construction and Mining Operations at North American Construction Group, Inc., since December 15, 2011. He served as Vice President of Oil Sands Operations at North American Energy Partners Inc., since December 15, 2011. He joined NACG in 1982 as a heavy equipment operator. He has progressed up through NACG over his years with NACG, holding positions of Operations Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager of HC&M. His career began in the aggregate industry, moving into road building, civil construction and heavy construction and mining over the course of his 34 years in the industry. Before joining NACG, Mr. Palmer worked for PCL and Steels of Canada.

Mr. Joseph C. Lambert, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Operating Officer of North American Energy Partners Inc. since June 1, 2013 and its President since October 31, 2017. Mr. Lambert served as a Vice-President of Operations Support and Vice President of Oil Sands Operations at North American Energy Partners Inc. since January 2012 and September 27, 2010 respectively. He served as the Vice President of Oil Sands Operations at North American Construction Group, Inc. since September 2010. He served as General Manager of Mining at NACG since 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Lambert's career began in the gold industry where he spent 17 years in roles of increasing responsibility in engineering and operations both open pit and underground. He served as General Manager of Ledcor and Mine Development Manager, Oil Sands with Shell. He graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a B.S. in Mining Engineering in 1986.

Mr. Robert John Butler has been Vice-President of Finance at North American Energy Partners Inc. since April 2, 2015. Mr. Butler joined North American Energy Partners Inc as Corporate Controller in June 2008 and was promoted to General Manager of Finance on June 1, 2013. Mr. Butler's career in Finance extends over 24 years with roles of increasing responsibility with extensive experience leading accounting and financial reporting teams and overseeing the design and implementation of internal financial controls, processes and reporting systems. Previously, Mr. Butler served as Director of Finance for Lafarge Canada Inc., Aggregates and Concrete Division. Mr. Butler holds a Chartered Professional Accountant, CGA designation, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Mr. David Brunetta, CPA, CMA, has been Director of Finance & Information Technology at North American Energy Partners Inc., September 2014 and served as Director of Investor Relations.
