Mr. Brian Pinheiro has been the Chief Risk Officer of Northeast Bancorp and Northeast Bank since March 3, 2015. Mr. Pinheiro is responsible for implementing and maintaining Northeast Bank's enterprise risk management processes. He joined the Northeast Bancorp from Corporate Finance Group, Inc. Ms. Julie Jenkins has been Senior Vice President and Director of Operations at Northeast Bank and Northeast Bancorp since July 2012. She has held senior operations and technology positions at Mt. Washington Bank and Abington Savings Bank. She served as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology at Mt. Washington Bank, A Division of East Boston Savings Bank (alternative name Mt. Washington Co-Operative Bank) since 2005. She was responsible for the implementation of all strategic initiatives at Mt. Washington Bank. She was also responsible for the overall management of the Management Information Systems, Deposit Operations, Retail Operations, Loan Operations and Training departments. She joined the Mt. Washington Bank, A Division of East Boston Savings Bank in 2004 and in her first year she managed a critical systems conversions project. Prior to joining Mt Washington Bank, she served as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology for a large, regional bank where she managed 65 employees and was responsible for the implementation of all strategic initiatives. Ms. Jenkins holds a BA in Management from Assumption College.

Mr. Dignan holds a B.A. in Philosophy from St. John's College.

Mr. Fred Schwartz served as the President of Asian American Hotel Owners Association since July 2011 and served as its Director. Mr. Schwartz helped direct the association, whose more than 11,000 members own more than 20,000 hotels in the United States, with a hotel valuation exceeding $128 billion. He joined AAHOA in 1996 and became President four years later. Prior to joining AAHOA, Fred managed the hotel program for the 1996 Olympic Games held in Atlanta, Ga.
