Mr. Richard Wayne, also known as Rick, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Northeast BanCorp since December 2010. Mr. Wayne serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Northeast Bank, a subsidiary of Northeast BanCorp. He is responsible for all of Northeast's business divisions including the Northeast Community Banking Division, ableBanking and the Loan Acquisition and Servicing Group. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President at capital crossing preferred of Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC and EOS Preferred Corporation. He served as Chief Executive Officer of EOS Preferred Corporation. He served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC (also known as Capital Crossing Bank) from 1991 to February 2007. He served as the President of EOS Preferred Corporation from March 1998 to December 14, 2007. He served as President of Capital Crossing Bank. He has been a Director of Northeast BanCorp and Northeast Bank since December 29, 2010. He served as a Director of Capital Crossing. He served as a Director of EOS Preferred Corporation from March 1998 to December 2007. Mr. Wayne holds a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Brian Pinheiro has been the Chief Risk Officer of Northeast Bancorp and Northeast Bank since March 3, 2015. Mr. Pinheiro is responsible for implementing and maintaining Northeast Bank's enterprise risk management processes. He joined the Northeast Bancorp from Corporate Finance Group, Inc. (CFGI), where he served as Managing Director providing consulting services to financial institutions and banking clients, including Northeast Bank. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Northeast Bancorp from September 15, 2017 to November 6, 2017. He had been retained by the Northeast Bank as its Interim Controller for the past several months. Prior to his role at CFGI, he served as an Audit Manager in the Financial Services practice at Deloitte & Touche, Boston. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Pinheiro received a B.S. and M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Ms. Julie Jenkins has been Senior Vice President and Director of Operations at Northeast Bank and Northeast Bancorp since July 2012. Ms. Jenkins is responsible for oversight of the Loan Servicing, Deposit Operations, Information Technology and Customer Contact Center departments of the Bank. She has over 20 years of banking experience. She served as the Director of eBanking Strategic Initiatives at Northeast Bank. In that role, she was responsible for developing and implementing the operational and technical processes to support the Northeast Bank's affinity banking strategy. Prior to joining Northeast Bank, she was at Sovereign Bank, where she led a team of internal consultants for its parent, Banco Santander, who were responsible for planning, organizing and implementing enterprise-wide new technology systems. She has held senior operations and technology positions at Mt. Washington Bank and Abington Savings Bank. She served as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology at Mt. Washington Bank, A Division of East Boston Savings Bank (alternative name Mt. Washington Co-Operative Bank) since 2005. She was responsible for the implementation of all strategic initiatives at Mt. Washington Bank. She was also responsible for the overall management of the Management Information Systems, Deposit Operations, Retail Operations, Loan Operations and Training departments. She joined the Mt. Washington Bank, A Division of East Boston Savings Bank in 2004 and in her first year she managed a critical systems conversions project. Prior to joining Mt Washington Bank, she served as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology for a large, regional bank where she managed 65 employees and was responsible for the implementation of all strategic initiatives. Ms. Jenkins holds a BA in Management from Assumption College.

Mr. Jean-Pierre L. Lapointe has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Northeast Bancorp since November 6, 2017. Mr. Lapointe has worked at Wolf & Company, P.C. since 2004, most recently serving in the audit practice as Senior Audit Manager since 2013. Mr. Lapointe is a certified public accountant and received a B.S. and a M.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and Western New England University, respectively.

Mr. Patrick D. Dignan has been Executive Vice President at Northeast Bancorp since 2016 and served as its Chief Credit Officer and Managing Director. Mr. Dignan serves as a Chief Credit Officer and Managing Director at Northeast Bank. He is responsible for directing the credit policies of Northeast Bank, manages all loan underwriting and due diligence activities and chairing the loan approval committees for both the Community Banking Division and the Loan Acquisition and Servicing Group. Prior to joining Northeast Bank in 2010, he served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate Appraisal at Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC and its predecessor firms: Capital Crossing, a Division of Lehman Brothers Bank and Capital Crossing Bank. While at Capital Crossing, he played a central role in the development of its loan acquisition platform and served senior positions in the loan acquisition and loan servicing areas. Prior to joining Capital Crossing in 1998, he served as a Real Estate Consultant with Paragon Property Analysis and R.M. Bradley Real Estate in Boston. He is involved with youth sports and municipal boards and committees in his hometown. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Counselors of Real Estate. Mr. Dignan holds a B.A. in Philosophy from St. John's College.

Mr. Fred Schwartz served as the President of Asian American Hotel Owners Association since July 2011 and served as its Director. Mr. Schwartz helped direct the association, whose more than 11,000 members own more than 20,000 hotels in the United States, with a hotel valuation exceeding $128 billion. He joined AAHOA in 1996 and became President four years later. Prior to joining AAHOA, Fred managed the hotel program for the 1996 Olympic Games held in Atlanta, Ga. During his tenure with the International Olympic Committee, he negotiated several key contracts including the Olympic host hotel contract. He has experience of more than 30 years, Mr. Schwartz has held senior management positions with Hyatt Hotels, Warwick International and Crowne Plaza. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Queens College, New York.

Ms. Jeanne A. Hulit has been President of Village Candle Inc. since October 2017. Ms. Hulit is responsible for managing and growing the 24-year-old manufacturer of premium scented candles from its Wells, Maine headquarters. She served the President of Community Banking Division for Northeast Bank and Northeast Bancorp since February 5, 2014. Ms. Hulit was responsible for leading Northeast Bank's operations in Maine. She served as Relationship Manager of Northeast Bank and Northeast Bancorp. She served as an Administrator of United States Small Business Administration since August 2013 and served as its Associate Administrator until August 2013. Prior to joining Northeast Bank, she was the Acting Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration in Washington, DC. Previously, she was responsible overseeing the agency's loan programs as Associate Administrator for SBA's Office of Capital Access and served as it's New England Regional Administrator. Over her 18 years in banking in Maine, she has served numerous leadership positions including Senior Vice President for Commercial Lending at Citizens Bank, Vice President and Middle Market Lender of KeyBank, N.A. and manager of Key's International Banking Division. In addition, she served as Deputy Director of the International Division at the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development. Her leadership extends into her civic engagement including as founder and Chair of the Maine International Trade Center, Chair of The University of Southern Maine Board of Visitors and Treasurer of Maine Port Authority. Ms. Hulit holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University.

Ms. Claire S. Bean has been the Chief Operating Officer of Northeast BanCorp and Northeast Bank since December 29, 2010. Ms. Bean has responsibility for Northeast's technology, operations, and corporate services. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Northeast Bank from 2010 to 2015. She has a 25-year record in financial services in the Greater Boston area, with experience focused in balance sheet management, strategic planning, operations and information technology. Ms. Bean served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer of Benjamin Franklin BanCorp. Inc. She serves as Chief Operating Officer of Franklin Benjamin Savings Bank. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Northeast BanCorp since December 29, 2010 until January 11, 2015 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 14, 2015. Ms. Bean served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Benjamin Franklin Bank (Franklin, MA), a subsidiary of Benjamin Franklin BanCorp. Inc. since July, 2004. Prior to Benjamin Franklin Bank, she served as Banking Advisor in the Capital Markets Group of FINCA International Inc. She served as Regional Director of FINCA for Eastern Europe and NIS. Ms. Bean served as Director of Economic Development in Kyrgyzstan of Mercy Corps from May 2002 to June 2003 and served as its Manager of Micro-enterprise and Economic Development from June 2003 to September 2003. She served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Lighthouse Bank of Waltham, Massachusetts from 1999 to 2001. From 1991 to 1997, she served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Grove Bank of Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Ms. Bean serves on the board of REACH Beyond Domestic Violence, the Rockland Trust Charitable Foundation and the Boston Advisory Council of Mercy Corp International. Ms. Bean holds an M.B.A. from the Simon School of the University of Rochester and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.

Ms. Theresa Morrison serves as Senior Vice President at Northeast Bancorp and Northeast Bank. Ms. Morrison serves as the Director of Real Estate Valuation, managing all aspects of commercial real estate valuation in connection with loan originations, acquisitions, and servicing. She served as Vice President of Northeast Bank. Prior to joining Northeast Bank in April 2010, Ms. Morrison served as a Vice President at Capital Crossing Servicing Company and its predecessor firms: Capital Crossing, a Division of Lehman Brothers Bank, and Capital Crossing Bank. While at Capital Crossing, she held a senior position in the Real Estate Department, managing real estate due diligence projects for loan portfolio acquisitions, as well as an ORE portfolio. Prior to working at Capital Crossing, she was an associate at JPMorgan Chase in New York. Ms. Morrison graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC, with a B.B.A. in Finance in 1999.
