Mr. Dalal holds an M.S Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University and a B.Eng. Degree in Electronics Engineering from Karnatak University, India.

Mr. Gautam Ramdas is a Co-Founder of Magzter Inc. Mr. Ramdas has been a Vice President and Director of Global Market Development - Oil & Gas of Northern Technologies International Corp since 2005. He has been with Northern Technologies International Corporation. since 2005. Prior to Northern Technologies, he served as a Senior Manager of the Strategic Change group of IBM Business Consulting Services and led consulting engagements at several Fortune 500 companies, in the areas of service strategy, global supplier relationship management and supply chain streamlining. Mr. Ramdas held positions in the E-Commerce and Supply Chain strategy groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting and provides consulting services for Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Mr. Ramdas served as a Program Manager and Design Engineer at Kinhill Engineers in Australia. He is involved in the start-up stage of successful small businesses in the US and in India. He serves as a Director at DCI and Magzter Inc. Mr. Ramdas holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy (Chennai), India.
