Mr. Michael A. Martin, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Northrim Bank since September 1, 2016. Mr. Martin serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Northrim Bancorp Inc and Northrim Bank and has been its Corporate Secretary since 2015. He served as Senior Vice President, Business and Community Development Officer and In-house Legal Counsel at Northrim Bank. He served as Senior Vice President of Northrim Bank, (a subsidiary of Northrim Bancorp Inc.) since April 04, 2014. He He has been with Northrim Bank since August 2011. He has worked in Alaska banking since 1995, when he started at First National Bank Alaska. He has been licensed to practice law in Alaska since 1996.

Mr. Benjamin D. Craig, also known as Ben, has been Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Northrim Bank since 2015. Mr. Craig served as the Chief Technology Officer and Administrative Senior Vice President at Northrim Bancorp Inc. Mr. Craig also served as the Chief Technology Officer and Administrative Senior Vice President of Northrim Bank.

Mr. Jed Ballard is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for KPMG for sixteen years in Alaska and Slovakia. He is currently a Senior Manager in KPMG's Anchorage office, a position he has held since October of 2012. Mr. Ballard has extensive experience in financial reporting in a wide range of industries, particularly those that make up the backbone of the Alaska economy including real estate, petroleum and natural resource contractors, construction, mining, fisheries, industrial manufacturing, hospitality and tourism. Mr. Ballard also has been on the accounting team for multiple acquisitions; including the due diligence process, application of accounting standards, and business valuations. Mr. Ballard is a 2001 graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. Mr. Ballard is a lifelong Alaskan and a shareholder of Bering Straits Native Corporation. Mr. Ballard is a past mentor for the UAA Leadership Fellows program and a member of the Alaska Native Professional Association.
