Mr. William J. Wagner, also known as Bill, has been the Chairman of Northwest Bancshares, Inc. since July 2003 and its Chief Executive Officer June 2001. Inc., he was the Chief Financial Officer of a thrift institution in Pittsburgh and a Senior Auditor with KPMG in Pittsburgh. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Northwest BanCorp. Inc. since July 2003. He has been a Director of Northwest BanCorp. Inc. and Northwest Savings Bank since June 1994. He served as a Director of Jamestown Savings bank. He is a certified public accountant and holds a BS degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wagner is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Steven G. Fisher has been Senior Executive Vice President of Northwest Savings Bank., a subsidiary of Northwest Bancorp. Inc. since August 2014 and serves as its Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Fisher serves as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at Northwest Bank. He serves as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Northwest Bancshares, Inc. Mr. Harvey serves as Chief Financial Officer at Northwest BanCorp. Inc., and its subsidiary Northwest Savings Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at Northwest BanCorp. Inc. and its subsidiary Northwest Savings Bank until August 2014. He is responsible for Northwest BanCorp. Inc.'s Financial Division and is the primary financial spokesperson for Northwest. Mr. Harvey oversees the internal management reporting function and external reporting to state and federal regulators, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Internal Revenue Service. He is also responsible for Northwest Savings Bank's investment portfolio. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Northwest BanCorp. Inc. (Warren, PA). He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Northwest BanCorp. Inc. and Northwest Savings Bank. Instrumental in the capital management of Northwest Savings Bank, Mr. Harvey assisted with the issuance of trust-preferred securities, the incremental stock offering and is involved with the current common stock buyback program. He has implemented tax planning strategies and solutions for revenue enhancement and expense controls and plays a major role in acquisitions. Mr. Harvey joined Northwest in 1996 as Manager of Financial Reporting with a background as a senior financial analyst and a supervising senior auditor and tax specialist. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Bollinger Enterprises, Inc. and Board of Directors of Warren YMCA. He is a graduate of Elk County Catholic High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1988. Mr. Harvey is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Michael W. Bickerton has been an Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at Northwest Bancshares, Inc. since August 15, 2015. Mr. Bickerton has been an Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at Northwest Bank since August 14, 2015. Mr. Bickerton oversee Northwest's Commercial Lending department, which provides a full range of commercial financing options across the bank's footprint. He joined Northwest through the recent acquisition of Lorain National Bank where he served as Chief Credit Officer. He has served in a variety of management positions during his 34 year career in banking. He served as the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President of LNB Bancorp Inc. since October 2013. He has 33 years of experience in commercial banking, middle market lending, credit policy and risk management. Mr. Bickerton holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Miami University (Ohio).

Mr. Michael G. Smelko, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Credit Officer of Northwest Bancshares, Inc. since 2009 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Smelko serves as Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Northwest Savings Bank. Mr. Smelko serves as Senior Vice President of Northwest Bancorp Inc. Mr. Smelko continue to supervise the Credit Administration Division, which includes the Loan Review and Loss Mitigation Departments and to provide active oversight of Northwest Savings's credit policies and credit position. He is responsible for the ongoing review of the credit quality of Northwest Savings's loan portfolio including the risk ratings assigned to individual credits. He also oversees the quarterly preparation of the analysis of the adequacy of the reserve for loan losses and the preparation of reports that evaluate credit risk for presentation to the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors. With eight years of community banking management experience in Pittsburgh, Mr. Smelko joined Northwest in 1997 as the Manager of the Bridgeville Office in Allegheny County. Following numerous successes in building the bank's business and reputation in the area, he was promoted to District Manager of the South Hills District in 2002. In May 2005, he relocated to the Corporate Headquarters in Warren to join Northwest's Retail Lending Division and was named head of that division in September 2007. Mr. Smelko is a volunteer soccer coach for the Warren YWCA, a baseball coach for the Warren Youth Baseball League and is a member of the Warren YMCA Building Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business with an Economics Minor from Penn State - Behrend in 1989. He is a 2000 graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking and an August 2009 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
