Mr. David H. Anderson has been the President of Northwest Natural Gas Company since July 1, 2015 and as its Chief Executive Officer and Director since August 1, 2016. Mr. Anderson served as the Chief Operating Officer of Northwest Natural Gas Company from February 27, 2014 to August 1, 2016. Mr. Anderson served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Northwest Natural Gas Company from 2014 to August 1, 2015. Mr. Anderson served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Regulation Northwest Natural Gas Company from March 1, 2013 to 2014. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Northwest Natural Gas Company from September 22, 2004 to March 1, 2013. During his 16-year career at Energy Future Holdings Corporation (Formerly TXU Corporation), Mr. Anderson served as Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer since May 30, 2003 and also served as its Controller. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President for TXU Gas Co., a subsidiary of TXU Corporation. He served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of TXU US Holdings Co., a subsidiary of TXU Corporation. He served as Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC and Oncor Electric Delivery. He served as a Vice President of Investor Relations and Shareholder Services and Principal Financial Officer for TXU Mining Company. He has been active in numerous financial, investor relations and industry associations, including the American Gas Association, Edison Electric Institute, National Investor Relations Institute and the American Institute of CPAs. He practiced public accounting in Texas. Mr. Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Anderson is an Accounting graduate of Texas Tech University.

Ms. Lea Anne Doolittle has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Northwest Natural Gas Company since January 2008 and 2013 respectively. Ms. Doolittle served as Vice President of Human Resources of Northwest Natural Gas Co. from 2000 to January 2008. Her responsibilities include Human Resources, Payroll, Security, Facilities and Occupational Safety. Prior to joining NW Natural, she served in Human Resources Management of PacifiCorp and other Portland area companies. Ms. Doolittle served as Director of Compensation (1993-2000), PacifiCorp. Ms. Doolittle served as Board and Executive Committee Member of STARS Foundation from 2002 to 2006. She serves as Advisory Board Member of MBA program of Willamette University where she received her MBA.

Grant M. Yoshihara is Senior Vice President of Utility Operations of Northwest Natural Gas Company (NW Natural). Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President of Operations in July 2016, he served as NW Natural's Vice President of Utility Operations from May 2007. He joined NW Natural in 1991 as a Gas Buyer/Analyst, and subsequently served as General Manager of Consumer Services and Managing Director of Utility Services. Before joining NW Natural, he spent 12 years in the electric utility and independent power development industry. Mr. Yoshihara serves on the Boards of Multnomah Athletic Foundation, and the Japan-America Society of Oregon. He holds a Bachelor and Master's degrees in Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Oregon.

Mr. Brody J. Wilson has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Northwest Natural Gas Company since February 2013 and as its Treasurer since September 2, 2016 also Vice President since July 4, 2017. Mr. Wilson served as Chief Financial Officer of Northwest Natural Gas Company since September 2, 2016. He served as an Assistant Treasurer of Northwest Natural Gas Company since February 26, 2016 until September 2, 2016. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Treasurer of Northwest Natural Gas Company. Mr. Wilson served as Senior Manager in the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since 2009 until joining Northwest Natural Gas Company as Accounting Director in September 2012.

Ms. MardiLyn Saathoff has been Senior Vice President of Regulation and General Counsel at Northwest Natural Gas Company since 2016 and January 1, 2015 respectively. Ms. Saathoff served as Senior Vice President at Northwest Natural Gas Company since January 1, 2015 until 2016. She served as the Chief Governance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Northwest Natural Gas Company from October 2008 to January 1, 2015 and served as its Deputy General Counsel from 2010 to 2013. She served as the Vice President Legal of Risk and Land of Northwest Natural Gas Co. from 2013 to January 1, 2015. Prior to joining NW Natural, Ms. Saathoff worked for Tektronix Inc. as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer from 2005 to 2008. Other experience includes General Counsel for Governor Kulongoski and Assistant Attorney General with the Oregon Department of Justice from 2003 to 2005. She was on the board for the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute and the Artists Repertory Theater. Before her career in law, Ms. Saathoff worked 12 years as a Teacher at Sunset High School. She obtained her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School, which she attended at night.

Ms. Kimberly A. Heiting, also known as Kim, serves as Senior Vice President of Northwest Natural Gas Company ('NW Natural') since January 1, 2018. Ms. Heiting was the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Communications at NW Natural from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2018. She has worked at NW Natural for 19 years overseeing corporate communications, marketing, business analytics and major account services. Prior, she held management and senior communications positions at Alltel Corporation and Bank of America in Chicago, Illinois. She is a board member of the Northwest Gas Association, Natural Gas Vehicles of American and Lifeworks Northwest. She received her bachelor of arts in communications from the University of Iowa and a master of science in communication from Northwestern University.

Mr. Frank Burkhartsmeyer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Northwest Natural Gas Company since May 17, 2017. Mr. Burkhartsmeyer serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Iberdrola Renewables, LLC. Mr. Burkhartsmeyer served as Chief Executive Officer of Renewables at Avangrid, Inc. from April 2015 to May 17, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at ARHI from July 2012 to March 2015 and as Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Market Fundamentals at Renewables from July 2006 to June 2012. Mr. Burkhartsmeyer served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Iberdrola Renewables, LLC and served as its Vice President of Strategic Planning & Long-Term Fundamentals. Mr. Burkhartsmeyer oversees the strategic planning, long-term fundamentals, budgeting and administration functions in the US and Canada. He serves as Manager of Pension Investments at PacifiCorp, Pension Arm. He has over 13 years of strategy and finance experience in the energy industry. He was previously with ScottishPower as Managing Director of Strategic Planning from June 2004 to September 2005 and responsible for its two United States businesses PacifiCorp and PPM Energy. He also held a variety of roles at PacifiCorp including Director, Treasury with responsibility for its investment strategy and capital markets activities. Prior to joining PacifiCorp, he spent 8 years in the commercial banking industry in a number of corporate development and financial analysis roles. He holds a BA in liberal arts from the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Ms. Shawn M. Filippi has been a Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Northwest Natural Gas Company since January 1, 2015 and has been its Chief Compliance Officer since February 26, 2016. Ms. Filippi served as Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Northwest Natural Gas Company from 2011 to 2014. Ms. Filippi has been with NW Natural for nearly 10 years. Ms. Filippi was an attorney at Stoel Rives, LLP, where she practiced in the areas of corporate law, securities, finance and mergers and acquisitions. She served as a trustee and chair of the alumni board of directors for the Northwestern School of Law. She has also served as a trustee for the Oregon chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School.

Mr. David A. Weber, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at NW Natural Gas Storage, LLC and at gill Ranch Storage, LLC since 2012 and also served as its Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Nw Natural Gas Storage LLC and Gill Ranch Storage, LLC from 2011 to 2012 and Chief Operating Officer from November 2010 to January 2011. Mr. Weber served as Chief Information Officer and Director Information Services of Northwest Natural Gas Company from 2001 to 2011 and 2001 to 2005 respectively. He served as Chief Operating Officer at NW Natural Gas Storage LLC. Mr. Weber joined NW Natural after 15 years at IBM, where he worked in a variety of leadership positions.
